i think it's all fine. the one's who i find annoying are the ones trying to lower other's positions. meanwhile most can accept the current and flow, some others have to go and try to bring others down

Moderators shouldn't act that way yet clearly she didn't do anything that phased anyone. Sure it is not good to throw a rock at tomatoes as they will bust but she was throwing rocks at a wall depends on context. No damage done from throwing rocks at walls but you can pretend it was tomatoes all you want

sorry when i said moderators shouldnt act that way it was poetic like someone says apples are bad and they have a case then a person says apples are bad yet they feed us. apples are bad yet they help the ecosystem. apples are bad yet they look beautiful.

anyway just looked over the post, Ami did not encourage his words once, merely said that it's a part of life that you have to deal with people criticizing you and in fact she said several times to not insult. so where is your argument? The only thing slightly plainly maybe not great was she said when people annoyed her that they would get their karma. which is not having good intentions for them but oh well it was more just a way to show she didn't care about other's insults
