Is there any way that you could get a pay advance? I know those places charge a fee.

I wish there was someone who would be kind enough to rent you a room if you showed them that you were getting a check Friday.

3 more days is so few.. but probably feels like eternity 💜

I have had no gas, so I have to
go in walmart to charge my phone
It's been chilly, cold and
hungry. Thank God it's sunny
today..one more day!

The state of NH doesn't care
about it's homeless population..
211 and all services give false
hope and phone numbers that go
nowhere..I am absolutely
disgusted, that in a crisis like
this one..no one can help...

The human race needs to
WAKE UP!

It's Friday, well... it's 4:43 am but still Friday. I am so relieved you've made it, and today you'll get some relief. Are your plans to get gas and move on to VT?

Life is changing so rapidly, I'm having a difficult time catching up.

It's day 4 of an executive order (MI)to stay at home. It's on until April 13th.

The weather has been nice so I was eager to get back in the gardens and kick my 2020 season in high gear.

Instead' I'm spring cleaning.. items already cleaned 😄.

What are you all doing to pass time?

Ballerina , I sure Hope this is the day you find relief from your situtation.

Hi Juni.... 🌻

I was shocked today at Walmart (ohio) there were people everywhere. They've already reopened the retail side and people were milling about looking at jewelry and TVs. I don't think a lot of folks in my area are taking the threat seriously. My county hasn't had a death related to Covid reported yet.

I'm up and down. You would think a person with 3 fire planets and a fire rising would inherently understand that they need people... but it's just now really hitting me. I miss Taco Tuesday at my favorite Mexican restaurant. I miss drinks on friday with my family. I miss my grandbabies. 😭

I started tilling my garden yesterday while the sun was out. I actually got some blisters started on my hands, YAY! Movement and sun felt so wonderful, but then today.. rain. And more coming. Sighh..

I flipped my journaling bible to Matthew today.. 17:20

"Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there, and it will move.' And nothing will be impossible for you."

So here's to faith, seeds, and moving mountains. 🙏

We went for a walk this evening. I mostly missed out on the two pretty days, because I couldn't sleep until the sun came up. So we went to the park, walked the dogs, and were very careful.

I've found myself slipping at home, because this is my usual routine. I always wash my hands well, but I keep forgetting and touching my face. When I manage to check out of reality for a while, it's nice, but jarring once again, when it all comes back.

Gypsee, dad said that he stopped off at Walmart, to use the bathroom, and they were busy. That was Tuesday. This evening, he stopped to get the dog's chicken, like he tries to do every Friday, and they were out of what he usually gets. Once again, they were busy, and *he* was nervous, just aware that there could be germs everywhere. My dad rarely gets nervous, or rarely admits to it. That freaks me out. He's the calm one.

After our walk, we got a pizza through the drive-through, then came home. I was tired, since I actually walked, rather than sitting in the van, but I remembered that I should shower, so I kind of ruined it - I was going to fall asleep on the couch. I'm going to try to sleep now. Goodnight.

Hey Teasel, hope you got some rest!

I keep forgetting and touching my face too. It's a bad habit, I have an itchy nose - plus it is allergy season!

Today I tilled some more before the thunderstorms came. The ground was soft, so easy work. There were so many worms , yuck. I have a thing about worms 🤢.

What does everyone feel next week will bring ? I heard they may be shutting down NY and NJ completely? I have family there.

I couldn't wake up earlier, and now I can't sleep. Typical. I hope I can drop off soon.

When I fell asleep again this afternoon, I dreamed that I stumbled across a stash of hand sanitizer at a pet store. Dad needs more hand wipes, he's been using a bleach spray and napkins.

We watched a movie tonight (The Invisible Man - we were supposed to see it at the theatre, but dad had a cold, and then I told him I didn't think it would be a good idea to go the next weekend).

Looking in to see how you ladies are doing.

The weather here has been rainy, dreary and chilly. Since I cant get outside to garden, I bought a white mountain jigsaw puzzle. 1000 pieces of entertainment.
This one has pictures of old garden seed packets . Pretty and fun!

Stay safe, healthy and do something fun for yourselves ❣

Gyps, my sleep cycles are out of kilter too.
Dreams and general restlessness keep me from sound sleep.
When I wake up, I want to get up and be busy. Mostly, I overcome the urge and stay in bed.
Many of the docs are saying when we sleep, our immune system is repairing it's self. So, I try 💤

I'm still really tired, and I'm hoping it's just depression. Yesterday, I felt really dizzy and my head hurt, but I'd had less than four hours of sleep, when I was woken up, and didn't get much more sleep after that. It also doesn't help that I've mostly lived on potato chips, for the past two weeks. It has only been two weeks, hasn't it?

I realized today, that my dad is probably just as worried that he might bring this virus home to me. I've been worried about him picking it up and getting sick. As of yesterday, there were 100 confirmed cases in our county, and 9 deaths. He makes deliveries all over this county, and some in Stark, too.

So, I'm doing my best to avoid everything. I still have three weeks of a Showtime and Epix free preview, that I didn't realize we had until Saturday. I'm watching Homeland, or trying to. My dad had a really messed up day, so he was talking a lot, and I was also trying to warm up the chicken cacciatore, and make rice, peas, and corn. I made a vegetable broth from a book I got a month ago, and will try making a type of ramen with it, with less sodium. Not sure that I'll like it (and my dad probably won't eat it). I have chickpeas soaked, to make falafel, but I'll do that tomorrow now. I'm just wiped out.

Oh, I found a tick attached to me on Friday night. Not sure if it was from my walk that evening, or if it came off one of the animals, so I have to check them over, too. When George went to the vet, she found *eight* ticks on him. He was at the vet last Summer, and she didn't find anything like that. It was a small one, and not fat, but I had trouble getting it off me.

---
I wrote this earlier, and then went to eat dinner. I was able to eat some chicken and some of the rice mixture, haven't felt sick at all. When I ate some of the chicken with pasta, last week, I felt sick for hours.

I hope ballerina is okay, too.

I'm always trying to fix my sleep schedule, but last week was the worst it's been in months. I may try to stay up as long as possible, to get it switched around that way, but I'm worried about getting dizzy again. I've been taking Tylenol PM to help me sleep, but I think I just need some real exercise, more often.

Gypsee, the movie was pretty good. I thought it was a good twist on the invisible man story. I still want to see "Parasite", too.

Hi everyone. Rainy and dreary here as well. I can't get to my garden because it's either too windy or too cold or it's raining.

Juni- I have lots of projects to keep me busy. I'm in the process of making a lenormand deck from photos. I just can't seem to concentrate on anything.

Teasel, if you have direct TV they are currently giving away free access to premium channels, 500 and up. Which is like Starz and things like that.

Also Candy Crush is giving away unlimited lives if you play that. I saw where Taco Bell was giving away a certain type of taco today.

It's nice that companies are doing that. Maybe I will search for other freebies and make a thread on what's out there now.

Stay well everyone ❤

Hi ladies 😊

I hope you are well and keeping busy!!

The sun may shine today so I may get to the garden yet.

With the new recommendation to wear masks, I've been experimenting making them.

Cotton cloth, elastic hair ties and coffee filters do the trick and they can be personalized as you wish.

I simply used items I had already and it was kind of fun designing them.

So far, we have 9 more days of stay at home orders. But, I think she will extend it and I'm ok with that. How is Ohio faring with the stay at home order?

Hugs and happy thoughts!

Hi Juni~

Not sure about Teasel's area, she lives on the other side of Ohio. I'm on the Southern side near KY. Our lockdown has drastically changed over the weekend. Walmart, Target and places like that are only letting 2 customers in at a time. The lines are sooo long and theres security guys standing around looking ominous. I got everything I thought I'd need, but I have my daughter and her two little boys living with me, we go through eggs, milk, juice and bread like crazy. So I don't look forward to the next trip to the store.

Do you believe in the end date of the lockdown Juni? Or do you think itll be extended??

Tuesday is supposed to be 72 degrees! Yay! I got two bags of dirt that I'm dying to bust open. But then Friday is supposed to be in the 40s again. Ugh. I guess such is life in Spring. Enjoy your Earthing time, Juni! ❤❤❤

My tooth that lost a bit more enamel in November, had a small chunk come out of the outside top rim the other night, and just this evening, a bit more had some off, leaving a sharp bit. I made the mistake of pressing down on that gently, trying to feel it out, and that bit, that had been the small bridge between the two parts lacking enamel, broke/crumbled underneath. So I have maybe two-thirds of my enamel on the tooth now, maybe a bit less. This sucks. It's ugly, I can eat (so far), but it's another adjustment, and if more comes off, I still can't afford a dentist, and don't know who would see me right now, with all of this going on. It doesn't hurt right now, and I knew that it would eventually go, but it had lasted for five months.

So Pronamel toothpaste doesn't appear to really strengthen the enamel. I had hoped that it would work on that calcified part that I just lost, since it was hanging in there, but no. I haven't been taking my Vitamin D regularly, which is also supposed to help. Ugh.

Gyps, yes we are being extended until April 30th.
I expected it but it is still unpleasant.
Did your Governor extend your Stay at Home order?
Im running out of house to clean and the cold rain keeps me inside. Even the dogs have cabin fever 🐶

It is a comfort to come here and keep up with you ladies. A home within my home 💛

Teasel, i know dentists are closed here but will take emergencies. Maybe it will hold out until the order is lifted.
I Hope it stays pain free and comfortable.
