Please, please, PLEASE spread the word on this. Obama has promised to sign this act into a law and it has passed in congress and with a 99-1 vote in the senate. It would officially declare the United States a battleground and allow anyone to be detained indefinitely with no trial, doing away with habeas corpus. Please forward this to all your friends and sign it! http://www.change.org/petitions/out-with-congress-ndaa-1031-citizen-i mprisonment-agnostic-law-is-now-here IP: Logged |

You should take a peek at the link on Katatonic's thread. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum26/HTML/000985.html The mainstream media sure knows how to distort information. You might want turn that finger towards Congress, and not President Obama who initially wanted to veto the bill. The Senate had the majority and would have overridden his veto regardless of whether he decided to veto the bill. Which of course he should've. But we are living in undiplomatic war filled times.
