Democrats are slamming President Trump for promoting Western values in Poland! Out of touch is an understatement. This is being praised as one of the all-time greatest speeches in the league of Winston Churchill. No one in their right mind would disagree with respecting the rights of individuals.

CNN tried to extort that guy. In the process, many in the legal community allege CNN committed state and federal felonies.

CNN violated both New York and federal law, and possibly GA law, as well.

Why did CNN even expend the effort to find him?

It doesn't matter what manner of protected unpopular speech he engages in. Diversionary tactic averted.

So.. "appearing to imply" something is now against the law. Since when?

The network has not outed him but theyre guilty even tho he agrees he wasnt threatened.. but his "outing" reporters Nazi style by name and face as Jews ..is perfectly okay.

Threatening punitive action against someone who is doing or has done something entirely within their legal right to do is extortion. Federal and State violations of criminal law.

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Conspiracy requires at least two people. Two reporters wrote that piece.

And if he is killed, not only do the two reporters go to prison for life (if not death row), but CNN will be liable for civil penalties under the concept of respondeat superior to the tune of millions for wrongful death, because a reasonable person either knew or should have known that death could result.
