No, I'm telling you that this particular police chief wanted to avoid escalation and arrest everyone later. It doesn't prove your point. It refutes it. You point was that nothing was done due to the color of their skin, and it was a blanket stand-down which had nothing to do with race. Also, I'm not saying I agree with it. The police should have stopped it and arrested everyone involved.
