Theresa May has no concrete plans on implementing Brexit. Even by 2021, there will be no clarity.

UK will have to shell out 10s of billions of Euros while losing 75000 to 100,000 high paying jobs.

They will gain some export jobs from productivity in the short term but these jobs will be lost to emerging economies as well as the USA in the next 2-3 years should the dollar lose its value by 40-50%.

Racism will prevent Tourism Growth.

Talented "Remainers" will slowly shift to Spain, Ireland, Scotland, Canada, US and Australia. Scotland could join EU by 2021.

So in 5 years time, the exact impact will be made amply clear. And it will not be a pretty picture.
