Nearing a big Bubble stage now. Big Shorts are being accumulated. 28800 looks like the highest possible peak. Wisest investors are exiting Large Cap Stocks and will park funds in undervalued asset plays. IP: Logged |

25000 is the genuine top. Bubbles form after that, you can even get 30K if sufficient leveraging is done. Think of the total gain: 7 trillion+
Do you have 7 trillion dollars in the financial system? Duh? No you dont. So leveraging on non-existent cash/gold bolstering Indices beyond the "Bubble" point are just a disaster waiting to happen.
However, you feel free to bet the farm and keep buying the index. Maybe the banks will help you achieve 30K or even 35K depending on how they fudge their books to get non-existing cash into stocks. Problem is how many seconds the market will teeter at that point. How many will be able to cash out? I cannot believe you have forgotten 2008, the big short... My guidance is for those who understand basic economics. Stock Prices have to match total real GDP. Recent Bitcoin crash was a good warning to the wise to book profits. Every person who is leveraged and buying at these prices is just going to help the vultures waiting with profit booked cash to buy his or her foreclosed property...IP: Logged |

This appears to be a bull market correction.
There is no reason yet for a "Bubble to Burst" because Bubbles Burst after Big Shots distribute most of their stocks to overconfident politician believing nitwits at very high levels. The nitwits have to hold these for 8-10 years to get cost price back.Another 300-400 points drop would not be a bad entry for a punter though I doubt the Gurus like Warren Buffet would touch any stock with PE Ratio above 25 at the moment. There has been a secular bull run which has given 7800 to 25K, no business for average Joes to be in stocks right now. Superb opportunities exists to park the 300% gains in undervalued real estate, in Silver Bullion, in niche companies like Water Purification, Local Solar Power Production, Soil Rejuvenation, PTSD Medication, Organic PTSD Supplements, Fire Proofing, Fire Insurance Sector, Flood Insurance Sector, Water Proofing and Specialty Chemicals. ------------------

Benjamin Fulford and I are in agreement, he too has got the number as 30K for Bubble Creation from his Pentagon Sources, and a Mega short to loot entire liquidity follows.

There is radio silence from MAGA nitwits (Except for the Hannity nutjobs who blame Obama or Hillary or "Deep State" for the crash) when Dow cracked by 1800 points in two days and every person who shorted above 25K made plane loads of money whereas MAGA nitwits who must have bought beyond 26K got an Amtrak whack.
Lesson 1.0 was on liquidity analysis. The Official Excuse given by Wall Street will be "Bond Market Yields increased".Lesson 2.0: Emerging markets will outperform till they catch up with Dow's increase from 18K to 25K in their relative currency terms.
Corollary: Mexican, Turkish, Indian, Korean and Pakistani Investors are reaping the Tax Cut Liquidity while Americans get their 1.5 dollars raise a week. Lesson 3.0: If we are lucky enough to see 30K on Dow Jones, sell each and every stock then invest in bullion that you can hold in your hands. Silver 50%, Gold 30%, Palladium 10%, Bismuth 5%, Platinum 5%.

Yesterdays trade was the most volatile in recent history. 3 times crash and recovery.
This means some billionaires are heavily churning their portfolios. Punters who bought at day before yesterday lows made a killing. Some will be ready to short from 26K once more.
Billionaire Carl Icahn is warning of a catastrophe ahead due to this volatility, lets see. I am still considering 30K as the Bubble Burst point, and 28,800 should be the last chance point for the greatest gamblers to exit.
Fools only rush in after that. Middle Class should have exited already, if not they must exit today and not get fooled by seeing 26K or 28K etc. Even the great Newton was fooled thus. His calculations proved the South Sea Company Bubble was reached, so he exited with a huge profit, but then the Bubble did not burst and kept on growing, so he threw out his calculations and put back extra capital and all his profits back, only to become bankrupt after the Bubble Burst. People think they can sell in case stock or market index falls but when a Bubble Burst, there are ZERO Buyers. Nobody makes money from the point of "Over Bought" to the Burst of Bubble except those who have "Put Options". They make a killing as others jump off buildings.

Intricate analysis indicates 21600 has to be breached by Dow within April 2018. It is not a "Bubble Burst" but the safest point for fresh consolidation. Any contrarian view from JWH?
