The U.S. is producing 11.6 million barrels a day, and today prices dropped for the 12th straight day and broke records. And we need Iran for what? IP: Logged |

Trump Did It...in several different ways! Oil Crashes After Trump Says Prices Should Be ‘Much Lower’ Oil prices lost a fifth of their value in just one month, driven down by higher supply and fears of slowing demand AFP JOHN CARNEY 13 Nov 2018
Oil prices crashed Tuesday. Futures for West Texas Intermediate fell 7.1 percent to $55.69 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Brent Crude sank 6.6 percent to $65.47 a barrell. The crash in oil prices appears to be overdetermined. The market appears to be oversupplied with oil or headed in that direction, economic weakness around the globe threatens demand, and President Donald Trump called for even lower prices on twitter http://www.breitbart.com/economy/2018/11/13/trumpoiltweet/

No i mean much more recently. Under Obama's they also went down a lot but you don't remember? The highest they went under obama was $4 including local taxes, not $5, by the way. Then they went down, too, close to $2. They have been rising since 2017 and recently started to come down again but they're still higher than a few wks ago. http://www.statista.com/statistics/204740/retail-price-of-gasoline-in-the -united-states-since-1990/#0 http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/cars/2018/ 10/04/gas-prices-near-highest-four-years-adding-calls-repeal-gas-taxes/1515457002/ Every president and both parties try to make this argument for themselves/ against their rivals -and it really doesn't wash. http://oilprice.com/Energy/Gas-Prices/The-Real-Reason-For-Higher-Gas-Prices.html Does anyone ever wonder why our government is so busy playing this dichotomy up instead of trying to govern alongside each other? Gas prices under Obama went to almost $5. They dropped only because the economy was so horrible, which lowered demand. IP: Logged |

Riddle me this: How could Obama make the Dow Jones go from 7000 to almost 20000 in a horrible economy? What a great Leader... triples the Stock Market after inheriting a trainwreck economy from GOP under Dubya.

<< The U.S. is producing 11.6 million barrels a day, and today prices dropped for the 12th straight day and broke records. And we need Iran for what? >>USA does not purchase Iranian Oil. The question should be: "We need Saudi Arabia for what?" And even deeper question should be: "We need American Troops or Bases in the Middle East for what?" Bring all US Troops back home, and I will run a social media campaign on Steroids to vote for Trump 2020. IP: Logged |

Gas never got near $5 even in california, second highest gas price in the country.. after Pennsylvania. It took a dive in 08/9 with the crash and losses. Then went up. As explained by people whose business is oil prices, this was global, not just american, and the expansion of oil free energy helped it come back down, not DT crooking his little finger IP: Logged |

http://www.fedprimerate.com/dow-jones-industrial-average-history-djia.htm The end of the fall of the market after the crash:
February 27, 2009. 7,062.93 March 6, 2009. 6,626.94 March 9, 2009. 6,507.04 (6 weeks into Obamas term) After which it started to climb and the end of Obama's tenure:

Rounded off triple JWH, from least point to peak point. 19K/6600 is approximately 3.Don't nit pick, Trump will not cross 30K from 20K. He could have had he not imposed Socialist Tariffs. But it is too late now. 28K might be the peak, hardly 40%.

More BS No one makes rounding errors of almost 2000 points. You're seen the official Dow Jones numbers. Stop bullshiiting. Almost 8000 times 3 is about 24,000 and the market under the Marxist Messiah Obama never came close to 24,000.

The DOW never reached 20,000 under Obama. The new norm is 25,000+ under President Trump. This is literally trillions in new wealth.IP: Logged |

It was in the $4.50s range even here in Georgia.I looked on your thread and the was one mention in MI of $4 in june 14.. while in your neck of the woods it was clearly under $4. Despite your daily log, i see no $5 gas unless you're talking premium in a high tax state.. I never saw $5 in Ca where we pay more.. Why i asked, where's the $5 gas you crow about? Surely you have some idea which dates to search? Something so clear in your memory, -and nowhere near 30 years ago? IP: Logged |

JWH, In mathematics, 2.50 is rounded off to 3 Let us avoid rounding off and go precise. 2.5 times is what Obama delivered, and you too grudgingly accept that. Now, Trump has to bring the Dow Jones to at least 50000 to beat Obama. He has 6 more years, if he wins 2020. Let us see. IP: Logged |

So as we are so independent can we stop groveling to the Sauds now? Or is a nice price for gas a fair price for dealing with murderous blackmailers?IP: Logged |
