Best case is far less than 2 percent. We don’t know the true number that are affected. Most people with a healthy immune system probably fight it off rather quickly.

Testing protocols and inaccurate testing have left us without an accurate number of infections and deaths, yeah. Although even 1% is massive, I think most are concerned with supply chain disruptions, overextended hospitals, and lockdowns and quarantine. Those are coming, almost inevitably. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Shura. If you've ever had pneumonia, you know how debilitating it can be, and takes a LONG time to recover. Your lungs can be damaged. I've known persons who have broken their ribs from coughing. People who are taking it lightly?
They may be walking-contaminators of OTHERS. You yourself might be able to glance it--
but not following germ-protocols because you think it's all a HOAX?? then YOU place OTHER PEOPLE 'in danger'. Another person can lose their LIFE because of carelessness. Only thinking of 'self'? We live in COMMUNITY.
Follow the protocols. Not EVERYONE is "covered" by medical insurance!!!!! Be respecting of THESE... but then some-people don't have the 'ability' to put themselves in other people's shoes? Reminds me of hurricanes here.

I'm really careful. Unfortunately, some people don't get the option of staying home - my dad has no sick leave, he's an independent contractor, and has to work. He doesn't stay home unless he's really sick, and is currently making deliveries seven days a week (he isn't sick right now, thank goodness). IP: Logged |

My home state's dept of heath director and governor, both raging progressive females, are doing zero to prepare or contain. In fact, our heath director is publicly contradicting the CDC This particular negligence goes beyond party lines.
