Florida might rack up 50K cases as they believed Fox News disinformation in February and took things very lightly. Many thought it was a hoax or just the Flu.COVID-19 is a frigging Bio Weapon. SwineFLu in 2009 led to 300 odd deaths in Italy.
See COVID-19, almost 10K deaths.

I think the CDC will be closely monitoring the early states peak infection dates to see if Washington's projections are accurate..these states: 1.Vermont: April 9
2.New York: April 9
3.New Jersey: April 9
4.Michigan: April 10
5.Connecticut: April 10
6.Louisiana: April 10 If infection rates start falling on or about the projected dates and continue to fall through April, there might be a push to get those states back to business in early June. However, I don't see that for New York or New Jersey. Their infection rates are on a steep up slope, higher and faster than any other states. I'm sure CDC has their own infection model but I haven't seen it published. Sorry I couldn't tell you anything you don't already know. IP: Logged |
