Teasel, I am not sure you understand what this lawsuit is saying. It is saying that according to the US constitution, "only state legislatures may set the rules governing the appointment of electors and elections and cannot be delegated to local officials. The majority of the rushed decisions, made by local officials, were not approved by the state legislatures, thereby circumventing the Constitution." Do you understand that? Did you find these violations happening 4 years ago?

"Swing-state counties that used Dominion voting machines mostly voted for Trump. A review of 10 key states (Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin) finds that Dominion systems were used in 351 of 731 counties. Trump won 283 of those counties, 81 percent of the total. He won 79 percent of the counties that didn’t use Dominion systems." http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2020/12/01/swing-state-counties-that-used-dominion-voting-machines-mostly-voted-trump IP: Logged |

Not through memes, several people in his inner circle were jailed over it, and his son was communicating with them, too. He sucked up to Putin, and refused to let us know what happened in meetings. He said that things had been taken care of, when it came to firing what's his name a few years ago. Weirdness out in the open, and you didn't care. You still don't. Did you listen to The Asset? Did you care enough to pay attention, and put country over those despicable people? No. IP: Logged |

Quoting myself to add that Stark county - one county over from me, in Ohio - has just decided to use Dominion machines in upcoming elections. If they thought that something was wrong (a red county, that is a haven for trumpers), they wouldn't be buying the machines. IP: Logged |

Ohio has filed amicus. This totals nineteen states now, twenty including Texas, seeking SCOTUS to address this case.In addition, six states have petitioned to officially join the suit as plaintiffs. Missouri, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, Arkansas, and Utah. Per SCOTUS order, defendant states have until 3 PM today (Thursday) to respond. EDIT: The interesting thing about the Ohio amicus is that, while it seeks answers from SCOTUS, it also doesn’t support the requested relief. In short, it neither supports nor opposes the case. To me, it sounds like political posturing to appease constituents. IP: Logged |

Support of defendants has stepped in. The following 20 states have filed amici to oppose Texas et al, to have SCOTUS not take the case:California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington They included the following territories: DC, Guam, Virgin Islands IP: Logged |

Members of the sitting US House have also filed amici. 106 house members support the case for Texas. There is yet another amici for “certain senators” of Pennsylvania, a defendant state, seeking ... something. It’s a confusing file. It states support of no party, but also seeks relief to claim legislative right to choose electors. It’s frankly an odd one, haha. It states, “Certain select Pennsylvania State Senators [ask]... this Court to affirm the grant of authority to state legislatures, and not courts, under the U.S. Constitution’s Elections Clause.” IP: Logged |

These are far from baseless. We are not talking about voter fraud. These are issues based on the Constitution, or does that document not matter to you?Six states ask SCOTUS to allow them to join Texas’ suit: http://m.theepochtimes.com/6-states-ask-supreme-court-to-join-texas-election-lawsuit_3613182.html?utm_source=newsnoe&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=breaking-2020-12-10-4 IP: Logged |

I highly doubt that. The republicans on the other hand: it goes to show how delusional they are, or just desperate to hold onto power, and fascism. IP: Logged |
