Yes, 30 percent of Dems believe Biden cheated. Also, due to the media blackout, half of Dem voters never heard about the laptop before voting, and 10 percent say had they know about it, they would not have voted for him. IP: Logged |

Today's News: " The Republican led Senate has overwhelmingly approved a sweeping defense bill with a veto-proof majority — a major rebuke to President Trump, who has urged Republican opposition and threatened to veto the legislation. "And Trump's Tweet? "Now that the Biden Administration will be a scandal plagued mess for years to come, it is much easier for the Supreme Court of the United States to follow the Constitution and do what everybody knows has to be done. They must show great Courage & Wisdom. Save the USA!!!" He has indirectly conceded. I think a majority of GOP Senators will not let Trump derail the Biden Presidency. IP: Logged |

How do you take that as a concession? The SCOTUS case is a big one, but others are still working.IP: Logged |

We shouldn't have to feel this relieved that the Supreme Court did the right thing. So many Republicans signed on to steal an election. It's disgusting, and disturbing.IP: Logged |

As I predicted, Thomas and Alito both dissented. Their opinion of original jurisdiction is that the court is obligated to take such cases. And also as I predicted, getting two others to agree would be the biggest hurdle. The state legislatures are now on their own to assert their constitutional powers. IP: Logged |

Lack of standing does not mean lack of merit. Sidney Powell said three state cases are going to SCOTUS next week.IP: Logged |

You are correct on both points. They argued nothing about the case merits, only Texas’ standing to file suit. Kelly v Pennsylvania is still open, Arizona forthcoming, and potentially a couple other states. Wisconsin Supreme Court just accepted a case, as well.IP: Logged |

Also, a US rep from New Jersey is trying to get the 126 house members who filed amici disqualified for office.IP: Logged |

Trump will split GOP into 2 at this rate. A Popular Trump-GOP with hacks like Rudy running the show from Four Season's Landscaping type locales, and an unpopular billionaire funded GOP that is Center Right.IP: Logged |
