Kids do feel guilt, though. Depending on the age, it would be down to the parents, and whatever they did that involved the kids. Teenagers would feel guilty, if they partied, and then spread it to their grandparents, or their parents.

Even kids get convicted in other cases, for things they couldn't even grasp yet at all (for eample playing doctor with another kid...).
I did it too, like all kids I knew and heared of, but I whould have gone to jail as a child in the US. 🤯😰

Constant use of only internet for socializing will make these lacks of emotional competence worse, I'm afraid.
And then parents will not be able anymore, to teach their children much in this area, because they never learned it themselves.
