The FBI raided Rudy Giuliani, and he has yet to be indicted and convicted on anything substantial.

The FBI raided Project Veritas and its leader James O Keefe has yet to be indicted on anything substantial.

Law enforcement, to get a search warrant must specify what they're looking for, that it signifies a crime was committed, that it's on the property to be searched etc, etc, etc.

By the way, trials aren't free to defendants.
