Those videos Tucker showed came from surveillance cameras at the Capitol. Videos the FBI withheld from Jan6 defendant's attorneys which showed a far different story than the lying democrats in the FBI, Justice Dept and Jan6 Committee put forth. Those videos are Brady Material which by law must be turned over to the defense for any defendant in a criminal proceeding. FBI agents and DOJ personnel who were involved in withholding exculpatory evidence from defendants on trial for Jan6 should be prosecuted and disbarred if they hold a law license. The footage exculpates many people who unfairly received harsh sentences. The problem is, can they sue the January 6 committee people for withholding information that would have exculpated them?If they cannot sue them, releasing the footage will not matter because mainstream media will ignore it or obfuscate like always. Suing them for malfeasance or whatever legal ground they have is the only way to hold these people accountable and force them to acknowledge that the narrative they have been peddling was false.
