He wasn’t supposed to be deported. He didn’t receive due process. Rump said that he could bring him home. The Supreme Court told him to, they were unanimous. He defied them, its contempt of court, and he is still free. Why? And why hasn’t he brought this man home, if he can do so? IP: Logged |

Yes, he was supposed to be deported. Read carefully. He already had his due process. He is in a gang that is designated a domestic terror organization. All President Trump did wrong was violate a temporary order that prohibited from being deported to El Salvador because he was in fear of “a rival gang.” That gang is no longer in operation. At best, he should be deported to anywhere else. He is never returning to the US for long—if at all. SCOTUS did not order him to be returned. They said his return should be facilitated. Meaning that a plane should be provided if snd when he is released. IP: Logged |

If anyone is going to say that something I've just seen online, is a reason for him not getting due process, then get rid of the home-grown white supremacists, who threaten Jewish people, Black people, and the rest of us, if we side with them.Deport Andrew Tate and his brother, to El Salvador. Trump was accused of rape, and assault, and a judge said that he was guilty of sexual assault. Why isn't he in El Salvador? Anguished families? Of rapists, murderers, child predators, and terrorists? What about the families that they caused anguish on with their crimes? Where are these supposed allegations of human rights abuses coming from? The imagination of the left? Y’all are going to get squashed in the mid-terms if you keep defending the criminals over the victims. You know what human rights abuse is? Throwing people in solitary confinement for a year. The Supreme Court never ordered President Trump to bring him back to the US (unless and until he is released from prison), and then he only has to be provided a plane ride back thr (the key word being to “facilitate” his return).
