well, it is very simplistic, but true. beautiful is not simple, nor easy. not even bearable. however, I find it beautiful. good luck to those who struggle and crumble. IP: Logged |

Yes I am in a place now where I can see the beauty, even with all the physical pain I get getting myself into. (I keep pulling muscles almost every time I try to run. Does this usually happen when people turn 21? lol) I hurt my foot baby sitting cause they kid(brat) left his toys at the bottom of the stairs. And woman cramps right now. Other than that life is GOOD. IP: Logged |

i know of a song called "life is beautiful"let me link it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6hmX6Z5Qcw (dont ask me why the video doesnt reflect its message, lol) ------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

I posted this elsewhere but it seems appropriate to this thread too! One way to get off the Karmic Payback Wheel, is to ask yourself questions such as the one below, and give life your all and not look back with regrets. Make yourself whole. quote: Tonight as the day draws to a close ask this question. What is it that you love about yourself, your life, those in it. Are you sleepwalking through your days in a trance unaware of all that you have to love and be grateful for. What if all of it were gone tomorrow? Would you wish for more time to appreciate it? Close your eyes with thought of gratitude for what was is and will be. Namaste. ~Waves of Gratitude

teasel It does not make logical sense does it? {{{hugs}}}Though perhaps it is not the feeling good or bad but feeling guilty or not guilty? At least deep inside? Those who do good feel good=a clear conscious. They may be materialistically having awful lives but they are not guilty of any wrongdoing so feel peaceful on that level. However the struggle to live makes them appear totally miserable. Those who do bad feel bad=those who feel guilty (or should) because they have good lives materialistically because they got it dishonestly/unethically/ or did not earn it. They may appear on the surface to have it all and appear happy, but when alone, are miserable. Like ever notice that seemingly unwarranted reasons for suicide and clinical depression is more common amongst the ones who seem to have it all?

I've noticed that Lexx, in fact I watched a show about that on the 'E' channel I think. It was about how the lives of lottery winners were torn apart. NOT saying ALL lottery winners would have a hard time, just saying that for SOME folks, money is not going to cure what ails them. http://www.lotterypost.com/news/141814 IP: Logged |

I have wondered if I was given such a great immediate family, because I was to face other huge problems here... where others have no problems.I ordered a book called Your Soul's Plan (or something like that), with the little bit of money that I had. I' IP: Logged |

Sounds like lots of those folks had drug abuse issues and crime issues, bad social contacts, etc.; before winning the lotteries. I am amazed at how many folks just blow it all instead of just using what they need. Live modestly and such wealth will hold you theoretically 50 years or better. I have no desire to flash flaunt and live in an environment that is more necessary/desired for my security and comfort. I'd rather after my needs and future security are met; to pass the good fortune around.
