People can have sex if they want. I don't think he'll be "using" women if they consent. I dunno, I'm all for one night stands. Sex doesn't have to be some big, heavy, marriage-based, soul merging-crushing thing. Any ways, guy, Virgil...you gotta have charm. Actually no I wasn't going to say sparks from batteries, thats too easy. If he wants chemistry he can create that with someone. Sure one night stands happen. However what I am assuming everyone is reacting to is the way he worded his question and his intent is the problem. I was called fugly a lot as a teen.
In retrospect I was rather attractive, but the label hurt my self esteem very badly.
I married an abusive man because I thought that I was worthless.
My self esteem was so shot I did not begin to really recover until I was 43 years old.
(I had a brief time at age 33 when I pulled partially out of it, but got beaten back down again for another decade.)
Funny thing is, by age 43 I was severely obese, disabled, poor, and yet I finally learned to love myself.
