I don't think she was really asking for advice..at least it was my feeling...she just wanted to let it out...it's a sore,still very raw issue for her, talking about it hurts,she said that already in the thread I believe.

I will try to work on it, I know I can do it, it just takes courage and time.

Obviously my eating habits have a lot to do with my psychological state - I eat to comfort myself (I often feel lonely).

But the cycle can be broken, just like so many of you have showed me.

So, I'm hopeful and not feeling negative about it anymore.

Thank you, friends, for taking the time to read, and give me advice.
