Hey Karka,I only now entered this topic. I'm glad to hear that you're okay. Not sure where you would have gotten the idea that you're pathetic because you most certainly are not. I did have a chance to read your tarot reading from my topic a while ago. It was a good reading. I'm not sure why you felt you had to edit it out. Anyway, I hope you are feeling better. There are a lot of times I want to give up too, but I always remember the night is always the darkest before dawn. I always feel like this is the hidden jewel in the 10 of Swords. Please take care. Hope she's keeping up with this thread. My mother, largely raised in convent, used to have a bunch of sayings that she repeated at various times. Most seemed trite and annoying to me at the time, but so many of them helped me get through what I call the "dark tunnels" of life, especially this: Sometimes life is like a pitch black tunnel and you can't see where you're going. But if you put one foot in front of the.other and don't let the dark stop.you, eventuallyyou will see the light at the end of the tunnel, get your bearings and move on with confidence. I don't expect that is fabulously inspiring right now but so far I have found it to be completely TRUE. I don't know you much, Karka, but obviously from reading this thread the world would be poorer for many people without you in it. Do stick around and keep moving towards the "light"...(not as in metaphysics but tunnels!) IP: Logged |
