Ohhh yeah. Some things are better left unsaid.

Just being silly!

I'm sure yours are way better than mine

Will stop wandering off topic, though.

I figure that was in reference to my use of the word in the original post and the wink after is self explanatory.

We all know that parenthood has many joys that far outweigh any 'consequences'. Even those of us without children.

No one needs to prove they are a great parent in this thread or how much they enjoy parenthood etc.

Have a nice night ladies.

Ohhh I can't speak for Violets, but as a mom I know that the pressure is CONSTANT.

It's just how we live...

PS Like as I was typing that my daughter was staring me down saying, "When are you getting off the computer? We have to make bath beads. Now. Off. Please."

So I'm leaving, too.

Yeah it is (how you live)! I know parents are constantly under pressure. I would agree with you too. I don't know where that comment just came from. And i don't want this thread to turn into lessons and experiences of parenthood.

Thank you.

I was confused there too, honestly.
Ha. No, I don't do puns. That was totally unintentional, sorry.
The "consequences" I was referring to were that he might well be awake until 9 or 10 tonight. The wink was just...overuse of emoticons, I suppose.

Seriously, if it resembles a pun in any way, I avoid it at all costs (no offense to people who love puns).
That would have been way too close to the pun threshold for me, which is probably why I didn't understand the comment.

Anyway, sorry for getting off topic.
