That's crazy that she pays that much in rent. Here where I live you can rent a nice home for 700 to 800 dollars less than that. I rent a 3 bedroom house in a subdivision and only pay 550 a month. And its in a nice area too. I still say that East Tennessee is the nicest place in the country to live. I think that's why people are moving here in swarms.

It's a really nice house, just really big and it's at least 100 years old, so it takes a lot to heat it and the lights are so ridiculously expensive. I have no idea why anyone would want that, but she does it. Tennessee is beautiful. You're lucky. Iowa is beautiful too though especially where we live. IP: Logged |

Sounds exactly the same as mine, cool! Are you close to the Lake, too? I always got a Good Vibe from this town, even when we first came to this area. Now that I live here, it makes me think of Hobbiton. IP: Logged |

Well, I guess it's not exactly a subdivision.Everyone owns quite a bit of land, and the houses weren't built by the same company. IP: Logged |

Kind of. There are several lakes and rivers within 20 miles of my house.
