DeepFreeze and I are getting married sometime next month and although we weren't exactly trying to get pregnant but we did. We weren't 100% positive that I was but literally every symptom was there. Just when I wanted to test to guarantee that what we assumed was true I miscarried. I'm not really sure how I'm supposed to feel about it. I know many women go through it their first pregnancy and that it's not really abnormal, but it still saddens me that it's gone. I'm sad but also very excited because he didn't think he could ever have children. I know I shouldn't but I can't help but feel that's it's my fault. It's really confusing and has made me really clingy and needy of him.

Anyone else gone through this? What are your thoughts? How did you cope with it? According to a tracker that I was using I was 5 weeks along.

Oh man, I am so sorry to hear that you're going through that right now. Of course it isn't your fault.

I have never had a miscarriage, but I know that my aunt had one when she was younger, and she was very sad, although she had two children at the time.

I'm glad that the two of you at least know now that it's possible, but I'm so sorry you had to experience that.

She's been so strong and of course I've been there like a rock.
There is quite a bit of physical pain with it too, I was surprised.

I look at the positive too. We know it's possible.

Thank you so much Violets. I had no idea until the pain and everything gradually worsened. I felt like I was going to die. I don't wish it on anyone. My mom has gone through 2 herself but she's older so I'm not sure if it's genetics or what.

Losing a child at any age is very difficult, born or not born. And for a miscarriage, it's the promise of life that you lose as well, that you don't ever get to meet the person. I'm deeply sorry for your loss, it's a hard thing to go through, not sure how I'd deal with it myself.

Thank you so much 23. I appreciate all of you so much. I wanted to call my own mom and talk to her about it but I'm just so hesitant. I truly am so grateful to have someone in my life who's here especially at this time. His love and support are what keeps me going.

I'm sorry for your loss.

Last year I had miscarriages n it was a dark period of time. I'll save the gory details.

I guess one way to deal with it is to let your emotions out and wait till things all blow over. N to be supportive of each other. After a while it eased n eventually I was back to my usual self.

I hope that you will feel better soon.

Not well little one, not well

My Bro and me are having a under the surface conflict as the niece/his daughter wants to be included, he hates her mother with a pure hate and is trying to exclude them altogether or to force them to play the cards he deals

Enough of that, how are you holding up BBG? What I've seen is a miscarriage can lead a woman to lose confidence that they will ever be a Mother

From my pov, you have being a Mother all over you..don't lose hope

Well I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully everything goes well for you guys.

As for me I think I'm holding up pretty well. There are moments that I get sad and hoped that it lived. I question my fertility a lot and wonder if it's me. I loooooove kids and I'd be really hurt if I couldn't have any. He was worried that it was him and now I'm wondering if it's me. But we'll see, with the way we go at it we'll have a state's worth in no time LOL. I won't lose hope. Thank you for being so sweet and supportive I really appreciate it. I haven't told anyone in my family yet and I'm kind of nervous.
