Phew! I finally went to the dr today and I don't think I have cancer! One more week until I get the cytology results but everything looked normal at the examination.

I cried with relief when I got out.

I was prepared to hear bad news. I ruled out other causes, it could have only been a tumor, benign or malignant. I walked myself mentally through the steps and the measures I would have to take during chemo and radiation. I think overall I was very rational (cold) about it all. I didn't realize how badly it affected me emotionally until I couldn't contain the tears.

Hugs to everyone who has gone through cancer or has had a cancer scare or had a loved one go through it as well.

You see? Take care of yourself and don't panic if your body happens to work less than perfectly.

Ce a fost mai greu a trecut - si asta e de bine de stiut (tinut minte). Try to focus on that (on well being) and keep it positive! It's what helps even those who have Cancer... and, from their less hopeful and quite painful condition - it's also one the lessons they're trying/meant to teach us: "to be grateful for what we have - to try to make the best of it and to be more positive about our path through life... since they try to manage that while walking on thin ice".

Those around them (like - family) - are usually more worried about their condition than they are.

Thank you all!

It's been going on for 2-3 weeks, after some abnormal bleedings. It was quite the scare because all possible causes were eliminated. I didn't think about meds, that totally escaped me. MagnumJoe figured it out. He's a good dr and friend! It's the only thing that makes sense.

I will wait for cytology but I think I am out of the woods.

I've been feeling very drained and painfully tired since I got out, this scare took a bit of a toll.

Thanks to all for being here for me
