Go for it . It is an expensive hobby to get into but its just one of those hobbies where you just have to buy the good equipment once and then you can do it over and over again to your heart's content.

I want more and more women to get into it.

VERY good stuff! Ever considered Skydiving? I really recommend it! I am not kidding! I swear by the awesomeness of the experience , and you seem like the type of gal who will love it!

Ah the 1986 Porche 911. One of my fav. Rear Engine Rear Wheel drive cars (if its the Porche 911 Turbo.) Depreciates like a Motherlover but damn it, its just a fun car to drive.

Thanks.

Sorry to disappoint but that isn't a Turbo. It doesn't even have the "Sport" package. Yes, it's an oversteering monster with pretty much a mind of its own in wet weather, but its just a boatload of fun.

I don't buy new cars, so some other sucker takes the depreciation.

I did own a 1977 3.0 Turbo without a sunroof. I modified with a Borla exhaust, roll cage, lightwight flywheel and clutch. After $9K in BS modifications and repairs, I got tired of it being a money hungry monster, so I sold it

I'm looking for a good 996 Twin Turbo right now. It's one of the best bargain sports cars right now because many people don't like the funky headlights, which can easily be switched out to a fake 997 look.

Love Porsches but the insurance company keep hating on them Remember that I have a teenager at home, so the insurance company assumes that the 18 year old goes 155 mph all day long in a 55 mph zone.

Therefore, I make do with sedate and "cheap" MBs. As you can see, I like coverts. Funny nobody comments on the DB9 Volante but they like the old school 911
