@ami i don't know if the last reply arrived, just wanted to say thanks, things get better.
There was someone whose presence in my life helped in more ways than one. Someone who entered my life completely unexpected. A guy that isn't my bf but who's got a great meaning for me, although i don't think he will ever know.
My advice to those who go through dark periods, is to focus on what is positive.
Run, run run from what keeps you down and let those who want to love you, let them do it, even if they may not understand you. Also, stay away from extremely politically correct individuals, they are full of it and they won't help. All problems have a spiritual root, always, usually it's lack of love.”dark thoughts are like birds: they can come and fly around you, they can come and sit on your shoulder but pay no attention and wait. They will go away eventually”.
