Awee love you too Liliya. I'm so happy that this was able to help you. I look forward to your response.

SSS I'm so happy for you that you were able to grow out of that. Such a dangerous path and it's crazy how you never realize the problem until you're free of it. Keep it up. I've yet to have a single drink, it's been almost 6 months.

That's great Barbie! Do you think, one day, you will be able to have just one drink and stop? My mom used to tell me I could never have one drink since I had a problem and that might have been true when she said it but now I can have just one and that's it. I no longer feel the need to binge. I am not sure binge drinker is the same as alcoholic?

I do admit to being a binge drinker at one point...

Oh absolutely. Just haven't felt the need just yet. Wanted a margarita the last few times we've gone out but didn't. Maybe next time lol I'm in I'm complete control, hate when I'm not.

Binge drinking is just as bad. Terrible on your liver! I don't think it's alcoholic behavior but it sure could help with becoming one IMO. But I'm glad you don't do it anymore, not good at all.

One thing about drinking, it was so awful the thought of alcohol made me nauseous for quite some time after drinking a lot and getting sick...so that kept me from drinking too frequently...just every so often and then it would be the entire bottle. Definitely don't want to do that ever again. It's been so long since I have and I don't miss it at all.

When it comes to any kind of substance, even food, I have issues...I get the feeling my body wishes it could live on just air and water. Sometimes, I get a waterlogged, bloated feeling from water, so maybe just air?
When I eat carbs I feel tired and like I am experiencing a carb crash. When I don't eat that many my energy levels are super low so any kind of chore quickly drains.

I was really sensitive to the taste of alcohol, too, and it was so difficult for me to even drink it. Why I did I have no idea.

I think my taste buds numbed up or desensitized because I don't have the problem now. It isn't that strong tasting anymore.

I don't crave it though. When I go out I think I want one drink with a meal but then I decide it's not worth the hassle so most the time it's nothing but coffee or just water because I don't consume soft drinks, either.
