Well considering that I might not get a chance to say this when the time comes, let me wish you a Happy New Year way in advance .So, how are planning on bringing in the new year? And got any Resolutions or Goals laid out for the year to come? Me and my better half will be at the NYE party at Niagara Falls: http://niagarafallstourism.com/holidays/new-years-eve/ Kieth Urban will be one of the performers at the party so its going to be good. I have also decided that its about time I adopted a more... Mature look that reflects the age group that I am in Lol! For a change of pace, I am going to adopt the beard: What do you guys and gals think? Look good? Not good? Keep it or get rid of it? IP: Logged |

My New Year's goal is to workout and get jacked. I've already started. The other day was leg day and my legs still feel like jell-o. I hate doing squats but as they say "no pain,no gain".IP: Logged |

I'm spending my NYE with my best friend, drinking our favourite wine and eating our favourite chips/dips! Plain Doritos and sour cream and chive dip!!!Resolutions: To do things that help me to feel better - working out, researching topics of interest and finding inner peace. To use my journey between 2013-2014 to inspire people and motivate them. To show my mother, father and best friend that I appreciate them more for helping me to survive my teenage/adults years. To finally purchase my first car! Wishing you all a blessed 2015. X P.s. I am a committed supporter and advocate of #TeamBeard. So, yes to the beard! IP: Logged |

Good on you . All that effort that you will put in will def. be worth while; Both physically and mentally. Ariesdragon started a fitness thread in LLC not too long ago. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum25/HTML/003456.html It would be the perfect place for you to share with us your week to week progression status.
As you can tell, I was an avid contributor to that thread . quote: Originally posted by ikja: I'm spending my NYE with my best friend, drinking our favourite wine and eating our favourite chips/dips! Unfortunately I had to get rid of it because she didn't like it Lol! Actually, that's not exactly it; I am pretty sure she secretly liked it but a fuzz of that magnitude really makes it difficult for her to get intimate. ... And hypothetically putting myself in her shoes... I personally sympathize with her on it. So off it went. IP: Logged |

Very commendable goals. MMA is good in general; Especially good in improving personal fitness goals and learning good techniques for all around fighting. I personally think that its way too much of a ring sport to be of use in a street fight however.
Look into Krav Maga . And all the best of luck in getting that CFA designation. quote: Originally posted by Randall: I have never felt so good about a year as I do about 2015! I get my Master's. Oh perfect! I didn't know you were aiming for bar qualifications! A very wonderful goal. All the best to you and keep us posted . IP: Logged |

I agree with you that MMA is more of a ring fight than street fight. I really liked Krav Maga KRAV MAGA TRAINING • How to counter hook punches in street fights IP: Logged |
