I don't have any phobias, but masses of things make me break out in hives. Like the nature documentaries that can't just show you 4 caterpillars. They have to show 500 crawling all over each other aimlessly- guaranteed hives. Or when in the middle of winter the ducks crowd together on the lake in the only unfrozen spot...100 ducks in a little unfrozen pond in the middle of a frozen lake- hives.

I'm afraid of heights. There are situations where I can't use the stairs, because my fear of heights is a bit crippling. Luckily there are elevators at most places I go to.

I hate them too. There are spider like parasite beings in the astral, perhaps that's where this fear comes from, by association. Alcoholics and drug addicts see them sometimes in their so called 'hallucinations', often describing as crawling all over them.
