Well, this is not a new idea, but I haven't seen one around these parts.
I think gratitude can be a very healing mindset, and a great way to begin or end a day.

So, no matter how crappy your day has been, and no matter how much problem-solving you may have to do to fix things in your life, no matter even how much you may be suffering just now, no matter how silly or 'small' today's gifts were, let us give thanks for just one thing.

I'll kick us off.

Today I am thankful for... time.

The kind of time that you can choose to spend any way you wish. Time that was not taken from me by things I *must* attend to, or unexpected challenges. Time that I was able to finely spread over the day, doing whatever I wanted.

Laundry
Drink for the cats

Washing dishes
