I'll skip how this has nothing to do with Gillete (but also how I think Gillete does a better job than some government and feminist PSAs on the same subject, which is a shame as it shouldn't be on Gillete, and it counters the effectiveness of it--they should've instead separated the commercial from the PSA if they chose to get involved, but I see it ultimately as a cynical marketing strategy that backfired on them).

Instead, THANK YOU for that alert. I'm going to make sure my PTSD support group gets that ASAP (a few today) as I know some there will be so looking forward to the movie and be furious and upset by what it's really like. (And not only can I bring up dishonest trailers again, but if those making the trailer, probably men btw, knew the real product was rotten, then why not the writer? Or maybe this really is a big FU to women by a large group of people as opposed to getting paid by falsely marketing a movie that they know is not going to be watched by its target audience unless they lie about it. In Hollywood, neither would surprise me. They only pretend to be "woke" but aren't in their actual lives.)

I looked up a bit more, and have to agree with plenty who said if they want to see a decent revenge movie on this, then get Hard Candy. (I've only seen part of it, but it does look like a revenge fantasy against a sexual predator by a friend and she walks away getting away with it later. Most who've seen it, including with a taste for revenge stories against sexual predators, have said they liked it.)

Speaking of doctors, there's an inspiring story (not a revenge story) of a real life doctor...being one of the first female doctors she had to face a lot of hostility and harassment

Telling women to take care of themselves in certain ways is not condemning them.
