My comment had nothing to do with consent. That goes without saying. Of course, women can decide not to be in a relationship, as men can choose not to have sex. Men generally want sex. Women control that. Women generally want relationships. Men control that. Each has an upper hand.

Men generally want sex & women generally want relationship. It's what makes men different from women. I don't think men want relationship when they can have all the sex they want without having a relationship. But when a man loves a woman the man wants a monogamous relationship even if there's sex with other women generally he is monogamous with the woman he loves his soulmate & has all the sex he wants with her. A man is happy when he can have much sex as he wants with all the woman he wants. When a woman loves a man she wants a monogamous relationship with her soulmate even if there are other woman. & when a woman loves her soulmate she wants to be with him & happy to have a monogamous relationship even if she doesn't think about a relationship or dating or marriage.
