Working out, running, yoga. I have heard that the postures(asana) of yoga help to clear physical knots formed in the body while going through life and breathing exercises(pranayama) help to clear out emotional and mental knots formed in the mind. And in my experience, on the days that I practice yoga asana and pranayama, I am lot less bothered by thoughts compared to the days on which I do not practice them. I have heard that the mechanism of it is, the more prana(life energy) you have in your system, the less negative thoughts you have, prana basically creates awareness within you, negative thoughts and feelings are basically formed by a lack of life energy, the awareness brought about by prana brings transformation in them.

I'm in bed most of the day feeling better after a nap not so depressed. Trying to relax I can't do yoga or meditation anymore trying to enjoy having to be in bed and I can still write and post. I'm not feeling well today. I'm feeling sad I have to be in bed and I am so sick. Listening to beetrooz feeling a bit better.

I've had a real problem trying to wake up today. I don't know if the L-theanine I'm taking, is doing that to me.

I was going to make more tea, but I might try to just go back to sleep, and be up earlier tomorrow.
