Ever since i was very young i have always bin so drawn to Ancient Egyptian culture and even my room i have this beautiful Egyptian papyrus painting to perfume bottles, oil burners, books lol

I have yet to visit the Great Pyramids although i have done a fair bit of travelling in my short years so far..just have not got to that side yet

that is interesting about the Egyptian connection, I also felt a pretty strong draw to Egypt myself, even though I never travelled there.
But I remember that I had a book and was reading about Echnaton and I cried. I cried the whole night. There was something about the picture of him in that book and about the story of him and Nofretete, that touched me so deeply.

I also have been dreaming about the Sphinx quite often; the last dream isn`t even that long ago. And whereever I go, I see little statues of the Sphinx. In the most unspiritual German villages. lol

Yes, I have had a papyrus, too. And in our living room there was a papyrus hanging showing a scene with Anubis.

I`m really curious to see how the mentioned asteroids are embedded in your natal.

Hi DD! Yes i have always bin so hooked on Ancient Egypt..but one of my connections in my chart does not surprise me and confirms alot of my thoughts and even emotional reactions to one particular famous King.

so for you it`s King Tut?

Well, for me it has always been Echnaton. I reacted unbelievingly emotionally to him, even as a child. The papyrus I`ve had been given as a gift, was one with him and Nefertiti.

Not long ago there was a documentation about Nofretete / Nefertiti, and I almost couldn`t bear watching it. I can`t describe how deeply this impacted me. And I remember we once saw a documentary about the pyramids in the cinema, and I could SMELL the sand, the smell within the pyramids! I can even smell it today, just can`t get it out of my nose.

But yes, for me it has been Echnaton, and I just found out something interesting.

Echnaton is on 07°14 Pisces in my chart
my Dad`s father`s familyname asteroid is on 02°08 Pisces;
my Mum`s mother`s family name is on 06°25 Pisces.
Horus is on 08°01 Pisces.

And now look at this:
my Dad`s father`s family name has the Sabian: "PETRIFIED TREE TRUNKS LIE BROKEN ON DESERT SAND". Somehow that gives me a weird feeling in the pit of my stomach.

my Mum`s mother`s family name has the Sabian:
"ILLUMINATED BY A SHAFT OF LIGHT A LARGE CROSS LIES ON ROCKS SURROUNDED BY SEA MIST"
(INterestingly her maternal grandmother has had very strong belief in Christianity).

This one makes me unbelievably sad. Like someone is being sacrificed for a "higher goal". Almost like the story in Persia,w hen the ruler banned his wife, because she didn`t give him a son.
I don`t know why I have this association, but it is a strong one.
Interestingly my Black Moon Lilith is only a few minutes away from Nefertiti, and she relates to difficulties with having children, too.

Regarding Tutenchamun, I always had VERY mixed feeling regarding him. I knew I should be compassionate about him and have empathy and on some level I had great pity. But underneath it I didnīt like him, it was as if I felt a strong aversion agains him, not a personal aversion, but somehow I felt "bad" for him and also because of him. Strange associations here.
