I don't understand 8th with 8th: write a Will!
I wouldn't write a Will, even if I had the money. So, I have nothing to write (if you mean that, what I mean).

Remember: ruler of 8th in 8th is delay of inheritance, what means if there will be inheritance it will be five minutes before death. Maybe for the next life but I don't need any more life.

However, I think Mars as the start of the zodiac is PERFECT.
The year begins with spring, with the new seed that begins to bloom.
Mars / Aries is the sign of BEGINNING; it is cardinal, from there everything starts.
Perfect description of ASC, too. It`s about the beginning, of this life opposed to the last life (12th house).

This leads me to see 8th house as both, a house of posessions and belongings and mortgages and so on AND sex. But sex within a solid frame. Comittment. Deeply felt intense merging of two souls for the purpose of procreation and founding a family, a home, where children can be brought up, in the context of a committed relationship. And of course this context also brings the mortage into both person`s lives.
