I have Reiki conjunct Hygiea - so, according to iQ, that should make me a kick-ass healer  . Or maybe I was that in a previous life as both are conjunct Saturn.IP: Logged |

I have hygeia conjunct reiki and kaali and my name in the 11th in Scorpio sextile mercury and all that inconjuncts pholus in the 4th forming a Yod. Mercury rules my 7th, falls in the 9th. I am a therapist and am attracted to energy related type of healing like emotional freedom technique, flower essences, in general anything with a homeopathic approach I gravitate towards it and advocate for it. Thank you Hypatia.I love what you wrote too. I gravitate towards flower essences and natural healing. Lately I began yoga, and I am amazed at how natural it feels for my body. I have been healing through these techniques, and I believe it is my mission in this life to show others that they can heal this way too. I am not sure of the exact meanings of the oppositions of Hygiea and Kaali, but I think it is significant. Mars is the T in the square, so I feel my actions are going to allow the relief of the opposition. Interestingly, I looked up 4581 Asclepius and it is opposite Hygiea. But when I looked up 1027 Aescuplius it is opposite Apollo and Venus! I think this is meaningful. IP: Logged |

This is one of the easier asteroids to access. Some of the stories behind them as very hard to hone down. In these cases, you have to really use the asteroid many times to come to some practical applications, in my experience.------------------

My Hygeia is at 26 degrees Capricorn, conjunct my Uranus exactly in my 1st house. I can relate to it representing depression or anxiety, as I suffer from bipolar disorder, which combines the two into a very unpredictable (Uranus) mood disorder.IP: Logged |

I love Hygeia! She is conjunct my NN in Aries, 2nd house, and I am majorly into health, Ayurveda, Homeopathic remedies, flower essences, energetic healing, most alternative healing modalities... I wish to be (and make money at it, lol) some kind of alternative healer. She trines my Mars in Leo, and sometimes I pray to her for my own physical healing. (!)
I did have depression earlier in life (Cap asc) but as soon as I started meditating 10+ years ago it went away and never came back-
I don't really see her as a depressive/anxiety, but I do feel her as a Virgo, which can be a little... nervous on the edges. : )all that from a Leo-Cap-Leo ------------------

I could see Hygeia being an alternative healer, hippie style. I'm intensely interested in crystal healing and energy work. In an Earth sign for me, it has to be natural. But with Uranus I'm also open to more experimental healing methods.IP: Logged |
