Hi AnenomeIf you read my post on the Bloodline thread, you will already know that REGULUS is a biggie for me!
To recap ...
It is CONJUNCT my
- SUN/MOON MIDPOINT
- MARS
- URANUS
- HAUMEA
- Asteroid SPIRIT
- Asteroid SUMERIA
...and OPPOSITE
- Royal Fixed Star FORMALHAUT
- Asteroid SPHINX
... and SQUARE
- asteroid DNA
- fixed star YED PRIOR in the Serpent Bearer constellation of Ophiuchus
and SQUARE (on the other side)
- Pleiadian fixed star ALCYONE
- Asteroid DEVINE
I guess the fixed stars involved in the grand cross are common to everyone, but the asteroids are not.
The Regulus stellium also forms a grand trine with
- my ASCENDANT which is also conjunct the
the Andromedan fixed star MIRACH, the Cetan fixed star MIRA and asteroid GIZA (on the one side) .. and..
- Asteroid LUCIFER on the other leg of the trine.
Together with sextiles to my BLACK MOON LILITH conjunct CHALDEA on the one side and the fixed star POLARIS and asteroids SAMADHI/CELESTIA/HATHOR/PHILOSOPHIA on the other, this forms a six sided star.
All orbs are no more than 2 deg except for Formalhaut which is slightly wider.
I don't know if all the aspects mean something, but I'm pretty sure the conjunctions must be significant, esp the conj to the sun/moon midpoint.
When I saw the configuration initially, the thing that popped instinctively to my mind was that this could signify a past life connection to the LYRAN CAT PEOPLE. Ok, maybe this is getting a little over-the-edge for most people .... but for me, speculation on strange notions is something I can happily suspend reality over for a while to meditate upon and to see if a kernel of insight drops out that which could help build onto something more cohesive in my understanding. So in this config, I see (in the grand cross), some reptillian (Yed Prior) DNA and some Pleiadian (Alcyone/Formalhaut) but mostly Lyran ... mainly due to the prominence of REGULUS. Regulus is associated with the Lyran's and particularly their feline-featured race, who were known to both the SUMERIANS and Egyptians (GIZA/SPHINX). Asteroid SPHINX is also obviously part feline. The Lyran Cat People were not literally felines, they were said to be humanoids with facial features reminiscent of felines. Asteroids DNA could be a clue to a genetic link. Spirit and Devine could indicate spiritual origin?? I don't know. Maybe even there is a link to Lemuria due to the HAUMEA link (a Hawaiian creatrix, and Lemuria is said to have existed in that region. Lemuria does have strong links to cats). Not sure how Mars/Uranus factors in ... except maybe it could indicate an unusual (uranus) drive (mars) to find out about that part of my spiritual heritage (Spirit) which is not of this earth!!!
Well, all this is just pure speculation... It is fun to play around with the symbolism and I like the notion that fixed stars give you hints about your galactic spiritual soul origin or journey, rather than them bestowing certain personality character traits like the planets do. But I am no expert. This just makes more sense to me. Fundamentally, at the furtherest point of origin, I feel that I am Lyran ... that is my spiritual "home", even though my most recent non-earthly incarnation may have been Andromedan (Mirach on ascendant).
BTW In this life I am definitely not royal by any stretch of imagination! Wouldn't even want to be - the thought of living life in a fish bowl is my worst nightmare!
