As it is there are too many afflictions Jenny.
Pluto sq Venus, Saturn conjunct Nessus exact [scary past life] squares Mars in Pisces.
Sun sq Lilith and Neptune sq Kaali... not looking good.

And he has Venus, Mercury and LUST in your 12th House, His Neptune opposes your Mercury and Mars in 8th as per Equal House System. Not the best synastry.

Hope you both genuinely knew each other for a long time prior to dating. If you have never met or dated, I can only advise you to keep him as a back up and search for better men.

Note:
If he is a late Leo Rising, things might still work out. Age gap is certainly favorable.

These are possible negative influences by Nessus in certain houses for individuals with Nessus triggered in their charts.

The descriptions are geared towards male natals, (though the influence could probably extend over afflicted women in some cases as well, but it depends on the nature of the affliction, I would imagine - one Nessie will show a victim, one will show the instigator... at least that's how I'd understand interpretations being used for either gender with regard to the actual aspects to them, anyway!) ^^;

Women would seek their Dejanira firstly, for negative aspects in natal or synastry... they usually check Nessus in the chart of their male relations, especially where the person is known to be manipulative or criminal/capable of violence towards women.

Nessus as with all the centaurs - brings important lessons that usually pertain to the feral/primitive and dark or extreme side of humanity; many time their stories involve lessons of morality. So even when Nessus is triggered by a synastry or transit, it doesn't always have to mean person A or B is a poor and depraved soul, but that those lessons will come to pass/challenge the individuals being triggered (within that house's arena), until the tensions are worked through... or such~

*shrug* My Nessus is under the eye of Chiron back in my 9th house, and sitting with Diotima and Thereus of all companions to have. I've seen the negative interpretations given to those with 12th house Nessus, I've even met someone with 12th house Nessus afflicted in his chart!~ they're not pretty... but, I've still dealt with them in my life all the same... lol So, it's not - you - who risks being lewd or outrageously sexual only, so much as the possibility that A) someone or some transit can bring that nature out if you were to let it ~ but otherwise B) if you have no major/obvious afflictions to it, that you may find with certain transits/passing synastries you'll come to encounter that from someone else towards you (directly/indirectly). (as per 1st house)

But, as IQ said within the excerpt you've quoted there, these descriptions are intended for use with afflicted natal charts (of men).

Mine is quincunx Neptune in the 6th. Exact. And square my North Node in Leo by 3 deg. I have so many quincunx aspects...
