Years ago I watched an autopsy (a real one) on YouTube while eating a bowl of canned lasagna... checked out the BME Pain Olympics...

Eight house, I have as far as planets go, Jupiter (27 Can 29'56"). Also have Black Moon Lilith (24 Can 24'56").

As far as asteroids that may be significant in that regard, got a few good ones.
- 55 Pandora (5 Can 54'41") - almost right on the cusp.
- 1865 Cerberus (6 Can 32'53")
- 1247 Memoria (6 Can 34'34")
- 7166 Kennedy (6 Can 40'0") - Yep, researched the Kennedy assassination a bit, though not in as great detail as others have.
- 4227 Kaali (6 Can 50'54")
- 7724 Moroso (12 Can 26'20") - Think it equates to how it sounds.
- Nessus (13 Can 28'49")
- 8690 Swindle (14 Can 37'10")
- 9770 Discovery (14 Can 59'51")
- 2102 Tantalus (16 Can 43'41")
- 14827 Hypnos (17 Can 40'11") - if not careful, those sorts of images can, for lack of better terms, hypnotize me.
- 26955 Lie (23 Can 23'7")
- 9133 d'Arrest (23 Can 23'48")
- 114 Kassandra (26 Can 54'46")

That pretty much sums it up: A couple memory asteroids, a few hypnotic/tantalizing asteroids, one that seems to (by name anyways) imply searching, and the more abusive ones (Nessus, d'Arrest, Lie, Swindle). So... maybe it is more an 8th house thing? You may be on to something, at least in my case.

As far as Sado and sadistic... well, I suppose I should add that when... sufficiently agitated, I've had very ... very... sadistic thoughts as to what to do to the agitator (some of these extremely brutal). Thankfully I don't act on those since the threat of arrest, death by reprisal, and what that would do to me/my soul/etc makes it not worth it. I could give examples, but... this could be Mortal Kombat "Fatality"-grade material, I'll leave it at that.

Okay, yeah - with that many asteroids concentrated in the eighth...no wonder. Especially if any of em make aspects to your mercury.
