Well, the opposition perhaps suggests that you perceive that the goals of expressing yourself and of deep healing are at odds with each other, and that you can't have both. ...Not that I know exactly how one's name asteroid is supposed to manifest--I'm just interpreting it here as akin to something like our Sun, our basic self-expression. Others perhaps can input better perspectives on it....However you choose to see the name asteroid, my understanding is that an opposition has us see-sawing between the two goals, moving to one and abandoning the other, thinking we can't have both.
However, the more positive interpretations of the opposition look at the possibility of balancing the two objectives, being able to, say, express oneself and also to heal...though perhaps this means they don't happen at the same time...that you have to make time and space for both in your life, and respect that you need both things in your life. That's my simple understanding. ...There is also the issue of projecting, when considering the opposition. That we project onto others the issues of the opposed planet. Do you project your Chiron issues onto the other, perceiving the other as having the issue, and not own it yourself? IP: Logged |
