I know that an Eros-Psyche conjunction is really wonderful, deep and sexual, but what would that mean in the 12th house conjunct the ascendant?

I don't have the connection you mentioned in my composite with my TF. We have Composite Eros exactly conjunct composite Mars in the 2nd hse, quincunx Jupiter (1 deg) in Scorpio in the 7th. So pretty intense.

As for Psyche ... his Psyche is conjunct my Siva on his Desc. So that probably accounts for the deep psychic connection we have. There are other asteroids also pointing to the same thing.

But with your Psyche/Eros in the 12th, I would think both of you will have an intuitive, unspoken understanding of each others' sexuality, adding to the already present psychic connection. Conjunct the composite Asc, would emphasize this theme in your relationship.

To give you an example, with my TF, I can tell when he's thinking about me (when we're apart); and what aspect of our relationship he's thinking about ... including the more intimate

I would also look for Kaali-Mercury connections in synastry, composite, and/or First Meeting charts for a deep intuitive connection. Also check for connections to Anubis. Here's an interesting thread on these connections--

Example, my TF's Anubis squares my Moon exact and my Anubis trines his Sun.

We are in the early stages of our relationship so we are constantly thinking about the intimate side, even when we are apart. Maybe after a while I will be sure that this is happening because of Eros-Psyche in the 12th ...
