With some recent topics the 19 Scorpio Serpentis degree was alluded to again, so I was wondering how something like that would work if conjunct either Tyche or Fortuna? The Malefic or "Cursed Degree" with the lady lucks, what do we get?
I haven't seen particular bad luck with a 5th house 19 Sco Tyche case - but also no riches in particular, if looking at the following post.
IQ talks about Tyche and prosperity here so quoting:
"Tyche is Asteroid 258, Kaali is 4227, Fortuna is 19 and Abundantia is 151.
Abundantia also has potential to indicate sudden riches, as can Asteroid Midas."
Tyche is tied to Nemesis as the downside according to that site, so I find it interesting that Abundantia is opposite Nemesis in this case. Transiting Jupiter is around 8'31 Taurus conjunct natal Abundantia, both trine natal Kaali. Fortuna is transiting a degree opposite its natal position and tr. Abundantia is 1 degree square its natal spot. Tyche is currently at ~4'13 R Virgo.
IQ also writes in the above post:
"About Archetypes like Siva and Kaali, they are Neutral but extremely powerful. Good people use Siva to master Tranquil Yoga, and Kaali to master Kundalini. The dark side uses this same energy for dark Astral magick."
If you have Tyche at 19'55 Scorpio conjunct Siva right after it, my generic interpretation would be luck with whatever Siva ties to - but then the degree comes into play and I have to ask how other people would see such an influence. Would Fortuna, Tyche or even Abundantia influence something that is seen as a Malefic to more positive sides in your opinion? I'm fairly sure you can turn anything to some degree of a positive, but do you have astrological opinions or experiences of this specific thing?
