1)
Juno in Scorpio 5th house
Juno square saturn in Leo (0s)
Juno opposition mars in Taurus (-1s)
Juno semi-inconjunct neptune in Saggi (-1a)
Juno square POF in Aquarius (-1a)

2)
Juno in Saggitarius 3rd house
Juno conjunct saturn in Saggi (2a),
Juno semi-square Mars in Capricorn (0s), Juno square POF in Virgo (-3s)
Juno trine Vertex on DC Aries (-5a)

Juno in Scorpio in the 5th probably wants a passionate, deep partner who will make them feel super special.

Nooo I don't think so.
I don't think there are "solid", set in stone indicators that show that someone won't get married. And if there are, I highly doubt they'd be shown by Juno because it's an asteroid and not as strong as a planet.

Some people don't pay attention to it at all, because not everyone relates to Juno.

Some astrologers also consider Juno to be the "mistress" and not the "wife" principle, so...
It can get tricky!
