When I was in college eons ago, I took all the non-math physics electives that had to do with Space (years were 1974~77) where OF COURSE "everything" we knew about space was changing with the event of the discovery of other planets and Chiron. Took those course electives for the purpose of 'blowing my mind'.... to stretch out of box-thinking, to see how I could 'expand'... out of my comfort zone. Travel through time and space, feel the shape curves with my meta-mind's fingers, and hop onto Einstein's shrinking meter-sticks for my own ride towards discovery!

My placement for natal 24626 ASTROWIZARD is 6.44-rx in my 10th House LIBRA. Astrowizard is conjunct my MC 4a; but more-exactly, it conjuncts asteroid 10 Hygiea (Pallas Athene in her role as the goddess of 'miraculous healings) at 7.50 Libra 1s, which is trine SunGemini 1s in Taurus 6th, trine ChironAqua-rx -1s in Cappy 2nd.

t-VENUS is now Retrograding in Capricorn, sliding back from my cappy 2nd cusp into the first house... She rules my natural 2nd (where she transits), is the ruler of my 5th & 6th houses, AND is ruler of my 10th and midheaven Libra (which also means she is natural ruler of my 7th Gemini).

Natal Astrowizard is bQ to my VenusTaurus 0.06a in 5th; and Astrowizard forms Quintiles to Vertex -0.09 + UranusCancer -0.18s in my 8TH.

Natally, VENUS-Taurus quintiles Uranus-VX Cancer in my chart. Neptune-rx is located in Libra 10th (placidus).

By Progression, p-VenusCancer moved into 24[25] degrees... Will become partile in relationship to natal chart Angel and natal Vertex... while t-BML & t-Varunna have been skating these latter degrees of Cancer (in my 8th).

Natal Astrowizard makes a square to MarsCancer 4a in 7th. By Progression, transiting Astrowizard is retrograding across my p-LEO Descendant, to conjunct p-MarsLEO. My p-MarsLEO JUST dropped down into the p-6th HOUSE Cancer in the past few days. It joins a "packed" STELLIUM of planets & asteroids there...

TRANSIT for asteroid Astrowizard today (for Wednesday, Jan 22, 2014) is found retrograde at 10.19 LEO

NASA 12th House Sun in Libra is exactly TRINE my 6th House Sun in Gemini, trine Hygeia 10th, trine Chiron-rx in 2nd.

NASA Astrowizard is 26.33 LEO 10th. (Astrowizard is transiting their tenth). (Mercury is transiting their Chiron-rx AQ 4th).
(NNs are on Nasa Neptune-Jupiter, ready to cross Asc into the 12th.)

I would not throw it away. Orbs are a personal thing. Some people feel conjunctions that aare wider, too.
The NN is so important and you love Astrology. It seems to really fit.

One's birth time can be off a bit too. Hospitals do not always write down the exact time for a number of reasons, as well.

Yes, maybe that's why I remembered it as being a lot closer. I'm quite attached to this aspect as it really suits me. Like yours on the ASC, it's such a prominent point in the chart.
