There's a bunch of other threads, with big, gaping loopholes like this. And in certain cases, outright plagiarism. I keep quiet most of the time 'coz I don't want to stir things up. But methinks every once in a while comes the need to bust a scam wide open. People come here trusting the folks who post, and it's on us too, in a way, if we let them walk away with false impressions.

Elysia, I wish there was a PM function on this forum. We would have so much to talk about.

And that's why we don't have a PM function. It encourages gossip and talking about others behind their backs, which inevitably spills over to the Forums.

Yeah, wouldn't want to give people a place to anonymously share grievances with each other. It's much better to let it simmer under the surface through self-censorship and passive-aggressive remarks until it blows up and someone gets banned for daring to be too openly critical.

If you look at it all in another light, the whole problem is quite amusing.

I had a great idea for an article using songs to explain asteroids.

We could use Little Red Riding Hood for Nessus. Take a listen

Don't understand quite what's going on in this thread..

Anyway, since I didn't elaborate earlier - just for the record..
Randall, my point was that I want things to see the light, not stay in the dark. None of us here are interested in criticizing anyone behind their back (which is why we talk right here in front of you).
People have a right to the truth. Especially people who cough up a couple hundred bucks for a reading. Like any other business, the quality of product is worth considering.
Please consider our comments as meta-Customer-reviews. And in the case of real astrologers like Seimei & Faith - resident-expert-opinions.

Faith, I missed your post. But.. Hey there.

----------------------------------------
Anyway, back to astrology and key words for asteroids...

Elysia,

While I'm glad to see criticism when it's deserved, I also hope no one gets seriously upset about things that cannot be changed here. Just because I don't like seeing people upset, if there's a way around it.

I mean if you look at it one way, things are bad. In another light, it's such a weird problem, it's hilarious. ASTEROID astrology??? Most people think it's super nutty anyway.

So to say, this self-proclaimed asteroid astrologer isn't taking her job seriously enough....

I don't know.

If I were huffing nitrous I'd be rolling on the floor laughing at that statement.

That's what I meant by, it's amusing.

Yeah, I get what you mean..

I just feel really bad for people who may take it seriously and end up feeling cheated.
*sigh*

But yeah, it is also highly amusing that we even have to point these things out.

Stage #2 of acceptance: Not try to change what cannot be changed.

At stage 3, I'll be able to laugh along with you, my Faith.

Oh and thanks for thinking I'm a real astrologer. The only thing that's professional about me is, I know I'm not a professional and would never present myself as one. As a matter of integrity.

Also I don't think there is a place for creepiness in astrology. If someone is using a chart to make sinister allegations against others, that just shows how sinister they are...not the other person.

Ceridwen is a real expert, she actually knows the mythologies and everything. And she is never creepy.
