@Auntie thanks for your concern about my nervous system.

I feel very mellow, not anxious, maybe that is the "silver lining" of chronic anemia.

kidding

Your mutant looks like Krishna.

GOOD QUESTION.
short answer > I don't know. It turns rx op to my natal pluto. I am glad it is going RX. I have Pallas at 17 Pisces and RX in natal(op my Sun)IF Pallas was not about to go rx now then I would have a Pallas return while Mars and Mercury are retro.I would not like that. Febuary 2017 will be much better. In fact that chart looks great,. Thanks

In an individual chart, Pallas
represents the creative use of the mental faculty in combination with ageless wisdom, and is also involved with the arts, especially the plastic arts such as sculpture and pottery, and with medicinal remedies. Its position by house and sign indicates where in one's life the divine spark of creative intelligence and higher wisdom may spring forth.
http://www.astrograph.com/learning-astrology/asteroids.php

Pallas moved into Pisces April 26th.

* In late June it turns Rx @ 7° Pisces.
* Re-enters Aquarius August 12th.
* Turns direct November 16th @ 21° Aquarius.
* Re-enters Pisces December 28th.

A description of this natal placement:
Pallas Athena in Pisces deals with the fantastic, the mystical and the interpretation of reality. They may be psychic healers, using techniques like guided imagery, fantasy and the interpretation of dreams. Meditation, spirit guides and other spiritual practices may serve them well. They are poetic and inspirational. They have a way with light and shadow and ethereal sounds that speak to the inner being. They are fans of non-violent resistance and pacifism. They are also willing to give themselves for the cause. They are compassionate and want to heal the universal suffering.

Perhaps it's a good time for activities along these lines.

And I'm excited to see what happens when transiting Pallas and Neptune are conjunct next year (exact on February 1, 2017).
Thanks, Seimei.

Edit: Oh, I just caught what you said about Pallas going Rx. Glad the timing is better for you!

Sun-Pallas looks fortunate as a natal aspect.

Hey Faith! Id like to give you some info on pallas athene as I do agree with the description you posted but I would like to give you some more info on the asteroid that I came across on one of my favorite Astrologers Jewel Mayberry ! Her article on PALLAS ATHENE is just wonderful! And I strongly resonate with this asteroid as Pallas in my natal chart is in SAG CONJUNCT MY CHART RULER (VENUS) in the 3rd house and asteroid Athene #2 is conjunct my ASC within 2 degrees of orb and I have to say her take on this asteroid quite explains who I am I can't describe how much!! Im just blown away with how astrology can describe an individual to the core. Anyways let me know how you feel about it!

SEARCH RESULTS: "PALLAS"
Asteroid Pallas Athene
JEWEL MAYBERRY JANUARY 28, 2015
Pallas Athene #2 (also asteroid Athene #881) orbits the main asteroid belt, is the second asteroid to be discovered and named and represents the modern woman. She is the female who is is smart enough to make it on her own and apologetically brings home the bacon. This goddess sprung forth from her father’s head as a fully formed adult female, clothed in armor and bearing a sword. This chick is a bad ass.
Possessed of self-determination and ultimate self-confidence she is, in a word, BOLD. Athena is the archetypal woman in a man’s world. She was so centered in herself that her ideals and beliefs could not be moved and if she could be accused of any negative trait, it was her blindness of self-faith. Pallas Athene could not be moved by emotion, but by logic and reason. She is masculine in the way she deals with choice and crisis. This is a woman who is not going to waste her time on needless displays of emotion. She is just going to cut through the crap and cut you down to size using words and reason as a weapon. She is hard to argue with because she sees to the heart of the issue and makes her decisions on facts.
Men often relate to women with this goddess’ energy as the buddy at work, the smart but seemingly emotionally aloof female they casually know and respect but would never see as “dateable”, the capable and austere acquaintance that exudes self confidence to the point of being intimidating, the capable “***** ” at work who is always getting the promotion ahead of him. Some men welcome competition from females, some men disparage it. Pallas can reveal these attitudes. Men, on some level, generally fear the female with the traits of Athene.
This is the woman who can make it on her own and so does not NEED a man. In mythology, she was alone throughout her life and never paired with anyone. She did not need any other to make her complete and chose to remain alone, and as a result, agile with her own power. Her virginity was a great source of her autonomy, as she did not bend to even her own desires, lest she cleave off parts of her own self. Modern women who are smart, capable, self sufficient and strong are often the ones who remain alone. These women bring up the insecurities in a man around issues of his own worth and capability. It takes a confident and brave dude to land an Athene. Typically, men will choose a weaker female that can be cared for and controlled. Athene will take you downtown if you coddle or manipulate her. She wants equality. Pallas Athene was the first feminist.
For a man, this asteroid shows logic, reasoning and decision-making skills. Where he is supportive or condemning of women and his attitudes towards females in general can be shown by the placement of this cool asteroid. Many political planners, engineers, mathematicians and those who use reasoning and left-brained thinking to accomplish their task have Athene prominent in their chart. I have a male friend who has this asteroid quintile to both the North Node and Venus. He is an unapologetic feminist who will verbally beat down any man who disrespects a female. Furthering the causes of women is a deeply felt pursuit for him.
In a female’s chart, Pallas Athene is about level-headedness and modesty, perseverance, equality, and logical decision making. She is where we cut through the gender roles that hold us back. Insensitivity to emotion is something females must learn and employ in appropriate situations if we are going to compete with men on their turf and win. She guides us to make fewer choices based on feelings alone in order to truly make a bigger impact in the workplace; she carries a sword that says “I will NOT sacrifice ALL of who I am just to prove how feminine and desirable I am.” The non-manipulatable woman is the one who does for herself and often, therefore, by herself.
Love and respect are not the same thing but go hand in hand. Love is only truly possible when respect is there. Athene understood how men work. Unless respect flourishes, love means nothing and is a waste of time. Self-respect is the key to love. When we will not settle for less than we deserve, we are displaying our values and showing who we truly are. The people who can handle our strength are drawn to us OUT OF RESPECT, not the possibility of getting something from us. Equality cannot be reached if we are afraid to be alone. One must be prepared, as Athene always was, to back up demands for equality with action, and that can mean NOBLY bearing the title of “single.”

And now I'm curious to see where some leading businesswomen have Pallas in their charts.

My Pallas in Pisces tends to lend itself more to spiritual/artistic ambition than business...it's a non-competitive Pallas.

In fact it was hard for me to hold a job where I felt that their core aims were at odds with my goals about the health of the planet and the health of...our human goals. For a while I was an eco-feminist equating the wreckage of Mother Earth with the failure to appreciate femininity, receptiveness, and the principle of passivity. Going into the business world I was still excited by all that. The Transcendentalists I followed tended to write cryptically about it, as if it was too delicate a proposition to tackle head-on, in the usual way. More by whispering and innuendo, and patterning. Using the same words repetitively in a very intentional way, where the meaning was built up through context.

Hmm I wonder where Ralph Waldo Emerson had Pallas...

LOL, his @ 16 Cap, on my sun.

His 881 ATHENE @ 6 Aqua on my Mercury.

My 881 ATHENE @ 6 Sag, on my Venus.

Well that explains something I guess.

I see how Pallas can manifest that way for you i see the same thing i would like to achieve artistic ambition as well but as a business. Well it doesn't have to be business oriented i think her point in the article is suggesting that she is a "feminist" and knows logic, reasoning, the "non" dateable girl because men fear smart women like her but hey! some men like smart girls who can stand up for themselves

yes it trines my moon exact but other then that did you see where Athena in your chart is? I'm such a tomboy yet i dress very feminine but i SO HAVE PALLAS ATHENE'S ATTITUDE it runs through me especially since PALLAS conjunct my DNA exact as well.

That's funny how Ralph's pallas is strongly aspecting your personal planet's.

Pallas pisces@19 is coming home for me to....but in my boring 6th house. Only excitement is its opposition to my 12th Moon, also its trine to my NN, that never hurts. Im having alot of awakenings lately, im sure this will bring something more. 😊
In my chart Pallas is conjunct Vesta by 2 degrees

Maybe my children who have Pisces Uranus will learn with quantum leaps in this transit.

Pisces Pallas is beautiful such a spritual energy.....very other worldly. I feel pisces Pallas is esp beautiful because it has that Neptunian quality about it. The Dali Lahma had Pallas in pisces, conjunct Vesta also...
Pisces Palllas-Uranus would be amazing because of its outer world vibe, meeting the bazaar...quantum leaps and time travel...sure why not?? Lol
There is stories of a monk that force himself into a life of solitude as he tried to get closer to God. He went into the mountains and eventually died there, a few ppl found him at times and told what he showed them. He had meditated for so long and become so unattached to his physical body that he was able to for a brief moment become one with the earth, he could put his hand into the wall of the cave, up to him forearm. He could put his arm into the wall of the mountain!
The ppl would come back and couldnt explain the abilities he had that seemed to defy the laws of physics and science. But the power of sprituality and the mind are amazing...he was using his mind to bend his reality and see a new reality, to him he was one with the mountain.
Today there are groups that go up through that mountain area where he stayed and visit his site to see his hand print in the wall of the mountain. I only know about it because i read and listen to Gregg Braden books and he talks alot about the events that happen amongst Tibetan monks.

Uranus-Pallas in Aries sounds unstoppable!!

"Uranus attunes Pallas to the innovative, idealistic, and humanitarian impulses. Pallas-Uranus aspects (especially the conjunction, trine, and sextile) have a genius for seeing how larger systems work, how the individual components come together to create a larger whole. This visual capacity can be used to create new technologies, or to better understand how society, culture, and politics shape our collective reality. The hard aspects can denote the mad genius or artist determined to upset the status quo for the sake of his or her vision. Those with hard Pallas-Uranus aspects can often be called eccentric, or otherwise are best known for their unusual style or cause. George Lucas, avant garde film director and creator of Industrial Light and Magic, has Pallas conjunct Uranus. Mundane astrologer Charles Harvey, who promoted the concept of the Anima Mundi (World Soul), has Pallas rising square Uranus in the tenth house. Chaz Bono (Sonny and Cher's child), who recently completed a sex-change operation, has Pallas square Uranus."

Thanks for the story! I wrote down Gregg Braden's name.

From your link

quote:
Pallas in aspect to Neptune, like Pallas-Jupiter aspects, has a distinctive feel for the invisible, intangible vibrations that pervade our material world. Neptune's association with glamor, music, and film makes it an ideal aspect to have for those seeking stardom. Tight Pallas-Neptune aspects are often found in celebrity horoscopes. A full 20 percent of the celebrities in my files have Pallas-Neptune aspects with orbs less than two degrees, a statistical aberration that defies chance.

Virtually every well-known religious leader has a close Pallas-Neptune aspect. If Neptune tunes us to the spiritual realm, Pallas brings that awareness back to the civilized, structured world. Pope Benedict has Pallas square Neptune, while Pope John Paul II's chart shows Pallas trine Neptune. John Paul I, who was pope for only one month before dying mysteriously, has an exact conjunction of Pallas and Neptune. Pope John XXIII, the Dalai Lama, Billy Graham, and Mormon founder Joseph Smith all have Pallas-Neptune aspects with orbs less than two degrees.

The list of wanna-be spiritual leaders is also filled with Pallas-Neptune types. David Koresh, Marshall Applegate, and Jim Jones are the most recognizable cult figures who enticed their followers into mass suicide.

Sorry for the bad editing....im always on my phone, on the go! Ugh! 😔 My virgo moon hates bad editing, but its so hard to type n see everything on this little iPhone....i used to be a grammar nazi but not having my comp to play on has humbled me greatly! 😊 I have one but its shared...i only use it for my school work.

I just realized my progressed Moon is on my Pallas right now, hmmm...that means i have a progressed Pisces Moon right now! I dont know if I should laugh or cry? (Thats a pisces moon issue isnt it? lol)
Actually that explains why i have been so much more emotional as its moves into an exact opposition with my nMoon.

Gabby, your writing is so good it doesn't matter how it's formatted. But I understand your frustration.

My pr moon is in Virgo now! We're like lunar mirror opposites.

I do love that Pisces Pallas reading, but I need to study Pallas more to get a sense of how it changes from sign to sign. I mean, I need to look at real life examples. Too bad astrotheme doesn't automatically include Pallas in its charts, and allow you to search for celebrities with "Pallas in Aries" and so on.

Maybe in the future, more of these larger asteroids will get respect like Chiron did.

Im posting the "Pallas by sign" descriptions that were given in the links above, easier for your research....

Pallas in Aries-
describes an initiating or pioneering attitude that seeks to express ideas and visions immediately. The inherent impulsiveness works well with athletes, political activists, and in energizing any new task or project. Stressful aspects can indicate overly aggressive behavior and conflict with others. Favorable aspects boost self-confidence, enhance vital energy, and lead to sudden inspiration.

Pallas in Taurus-
shows a keen awareness of the physical world, and may imply a talent in handling money, the visual arts, beauty, music, and gardening. Under stressful aspects, the physical senses may be blocked in some way, judgment is thrown off, and bad choices made in practical affairs. Favorable aspects bestow commons sense and a highly sensual nature.

Pallas in Gemini-
uses the spoken and written word to express creative ideas and visions. This position favors debating, writing, and public speaking. Under stressful aspects, the mind can become argumentative, narrow-minded, or confused; over-emphasis of facts loses the heart's perspective. Under softer or favorable aspects, poetic phrases, story-telling and a love of knowledge are often evident.

Pallas in Cancer-
feels the emotional environment, creating warm personal relationships through emotional sensitivity and empathy. Favorable aspects make good hosts or hostesses; high emotional intelligence understands subtle nuances, often used in the defense of the family, or politically, of family values and patriotism. Under stress, Pallas here can become overly sentimental, manipulative, or illogical.

Pallas in Leo-
expresses perceptions and insights with great drama, style, and charisma. A prominent Pallas knows how to impress others, which can be one's gift to the collective or for self-acclaim. Under stress, the personality may be over-the-top, exaggerated, or seem too needy for recognition. Harmonious aspects enhance creativity, performance, and popularity.

Pallas in Virgo-
understands how the various small parts work together, an ability that provides analytical genius or excellence in craftsmanship. Under stressful aspects, a perfectionist attitude can create conflict with others, or getting lost in details. Harmonious aspects bring out healthy attitudes about the mind and body, and a keen interest in one's work.

Pallas in Libra-
promotes social awareness and fairness or balance between opposing principles or parties. Under stressful aspects, one may lose perspective of personal needs, or fall into patterns of being too nice; or, one becomes excessively cold to others in favor of the psyche's other needs. Favorable aspects enhance all social interactions, fashion sense, and artistic tendencies.

Pallas in Scorpio-
excels at penetrating to the core essence, of seeing to the root cause of problems or issues. Under challenging aspects, this position can become obsessive or compulsive about sexuality, secrets, underworld affairs, and psychological complexes. Favorable aspects enhance Pallas's perception and ability to transform physical and mental health, and optimize resources.

Pallas in Sagittarius-
perceives larger concepts and can apply them to everyday life. This placement suggests an ability to understand the meaning of experiences and principles, and seeks to express them creatively. Under stress, watch out for self-righteousness and hypocrisy, while favorable aspects produce teachers and sages, and facilitate understanding of cultural, ethnic and religious influences.

Pallas in Capricorn-
tends to be a strong supporter of the patriarchal social order, and fosters a talent for being materially and professionally successful. Stressful aspects can indicate a gold-digger or someone who uses others for their own selfish interests. Favorable aspects indicate a high degree of competence, management ability, and an ability to manifest visions into practical forms.

Pallas in Aquarius-
knows how to solve problems using unusual or unexpected perspectives. Stressful aspects can indicate keen insights, that when expressed, shake up the status quo. Favorable aspects enhance one's ability to see into the future and be a trendsetter. Pallas here is good with technology and anything that's new, offbeat or revolutionary.

Pallas in Pisces-
sees through the material world to grasp reality via imagination, visions, and fantasies. Under stress, one can put too much emphasis on the dream world and lose connections with what's real and what's not. Favorable aspects give a rich spiritual life, perhaps as an enlightened warrior. Talent in the arts is often present, specially when grounded by Saturn or earth placements.

I have mine in Pallas in my natal chart - I think it's around 7 degrees, as well - or 17.

If it's at 7 degrees, it's currently squaring my vertex, and will move back to square my moon/venus/nodes, and conjoin mars. Also trine Uranus/ascendant...

I misread. In June, it will do the above.
