Faith, I agree with you on the subject. However someone called for a moderator, so I obliged, that was all.

I think that's where the problem lies though. They over-identify with it just because they share the same name, wherein they could just shrug it off. They aren't Richard Ramirez for God's sake, lol. Stop thinking that it's all about you! If my surname was Ramirez, I won't be offended at all, it was not named after me to begin with, it's just a namesake. They seem to take offense and take it waay to seriously. If she can't understand my point then she is a hopeless case. Sure, touchy people will feel "slandered" by certain asteroid or natal chart descriptions, but that's where DETACHMENT should come in. Funny, I was just trying to learn more about this asteroid since it's prominent in my life, but I got a crash course in ethics. Lol. She seriously thinks I view people named Ramirez as "infiltrators", where I was just sharing my story, with lockpicking and all. Oh well. Each perception is different. IP: Logged |

Thanks for being a good example of detachment and letting it go.

I never really got affected with her comments, just annoyed that she imposes that I judge people negatively when their surname is Ramirez. If that asteroid was named differently then I doubt there would be a commotion despite what it means, lol. IP: Logged |

"What we resist, persists."If we resist people breaking into our stuff, really have a strong defensive attitude against it, that could invite a break-in. The Law of Attraction only sees you thinking about break-ins, so it supplies that. If we are too possessive of our ideas, hoarding up notions of how our way is the best way, then we are vulnerable to people "breaking in" and trying to take those ideas away or devalue them. No matter how many padlocks and "I am right"s you place around your argument, others will disagree. Diversity of opinion is the "Ramirez" that cuts into your argument; there is NOT just one way of seeing things, and your way is not failsafe. If you believe that you have inner riches enough to let this go, you'll see that the Universe believes you, supplies riches accordingly. You gain things in return. --- My Ramirez is conjunct Uranus-Hekate in Scorpio so I'm putting a witchy little twist on it here. I don't care if I sound crazy. What else is Uranus for? IP: Logged |

I'm actually confused about the "inner riches" thing, sounds metaphorical, lol. True, although their aim is to also damage and tamper things, like cracking memory cards, damaging RAM's, CPU's and unscrewing my cellphone to sabotage the flex (I was able to replace it by my own so he thought if I can do it he could also) among their numerous antics, so you can't blame me for protecting what I own. But I have given up now, since when I moved houses the break in still happens, so when I'm able to move again I was told to not let anyone know my new address. And maybe because I'm the type that won't bother arguing online if I don't agree, so I get defensive. If I disagree I won't bother starting an argument, that is their opinion, so I'll let them be.IP: Logged |

Ramirez in my chart (5° Gem 46' 29") conjuncts my Descendant at 4° Gem 17' 51". I knew a woman whose Ramirez conjuncted my Pluto and Mars (and by extension Venus) in my Libra stellium and squared my Nessus. In my personal life, I've had what I felt many potentials stolen away from me. Also, as Ramirez is definitely also a name asteroid, I can say I have yet to have any romantic encounters (long-term or otherwise) with any women by that name. Haven't gotten any romantic or relationship advice by any men or women names Ramirez either. Come to think of it, I know very few if any people with that name. It is possible, giving the "legitimate" part of the one site's interpretation, could this also not mean, say, someone entering a home to check on the welfare of someone? (such as a paramedic responding to a Life Alert device or a policeman likewise doing a welfare-check on someone?) That said, I haven't had anyone enter my home or anything checking in on me either. Not that I won't in the future, though I hope that it never comes to that. I have been stolen from before though, though all of the accused shared my ethnicity (i.e. not Hispanic). As for the woman I mentioned, I don't know if she knows anyone by that name. She might, given she was originally from Florida. I don't know. It's retrograde and trines her Mars in her chart. I'll have to track this one and see what other alignments I find in other charts and see what the overall trend is. IP: Logged |
