Yes, when you wanted to go into dentistry, that involves "excavations". Dealing with corpses, naturally and logically follows into The Dead (mummies). Then!, it popped back into my mind that you LOVE to travel. Makes sense??

Have you been to many funerals or attended wakes with Open Caskets?

As we have discussed (last year, I think?) in an earlier thread, why don't you physically take yourself TO a mortuary place, and once you get there, make an appointment to speak to a mortician. Tell them you are considering whether or not you want to get into that kind of work.

I don't know if the internet (youtube) has any presentations on doing 'autopsies' or applying make-up to dead people? .. See what I'm saying?

Go to mortuary websites. Get a 'feel' for the way they present, the things they do, for their clients. "Feel" it, ChildofVenus.

Certainly.. if you can allow me to be a bit macabre, according to logic, the Law of Supply-Demand, there have been MORE recorded deaths on record last November 2018 in the USA than at any recorded time... (again, please forgive my mentioning this if it's insensitive, but), with the law of supply-demand?, there might be a greater "need" for morticians, and create Jobs for them???

The professor answered questions. Other people in the group had much-more definitive tests results.

When I said how I scored, the professor 'made fun of me' (negative) in front of the class, saying that I wanted to be 'everything'. .. Oh well!! LOL

My interests-- (besides double-majoring in psych, and in music, with enough credits for a minor in non-math (astro)physics; and that I was approached by dean of philosophy dept, to be offered a teaching-fellowship had I chosen to do grad-work (MA/PhD) in Philosophy-- {I had to drop out of college, unfortunately})-- I had an interest in Geology too. Climatology was fascinating. I also went at least once a week to the Minerals/Gems Collection the University had (sooo Beautiful!), and down the hall, was NED!! The Earthquake monitoring equipment. I used to stand there and watch the needle scribble back and forth {like a lie-detector test}. It could pick up earth-rumbles for hundreds of miles!
(I kept a map in my study room at home for around a year-- keeping track by placing pins on earthquake spots as they occurred.)

(I liked Ancient History, Archeology too.. btw.)

One of the ways to "combine" these possible vocations (or a job), might be an involvement with Hospice Work.

You talked about getting a PhD in psychology?
Like you were saying, you can get to the top quicker by a SocialWork degree, then Masters in Social Work {to counsel}. Insurances pay someone with an MSW.

If you only have a Masters in Psychology, the insurances won't qualify you to attract clients paying with insurance.

There's a new degree now for what is called a Counseling Psychologist. PsyD.
.. Heard that it's not as rigorous in requirements for math and doing lab-animal experimentation {where you operate on their brains, or train them for doing particular learning-tasks in mazes}, then are required to kill them-- ugh, if you're a sensitive person.
A regular Psychologist is more about administering tests. You don't get paid by clients with insurance unless you've passed your Masters AND have earned a PhD.

ChildOfVenus?.. I dunno. How 'motivated' are you towards doing any kind of vocation where you graduate then apply-yourself to whatever you are educated for?

Have you tried using Tutenchamen 4848 in your natal?
Also in a couple articles I read that Hathor 2340 is an important protectress of the dead and she's attributed with many talents, another is she's an important funery goddess As is Nephthys 287 . She also serves as a medium between living h& non living. There is also Libitina  2546
