I have similar natal aspects with my Lilith Squaring my Venus in a tight orb and Lilith trining my Ascendant under 5 degrees.

It usually manifests as wanting a lot of independence in relationships and feeling that tug between wanting to keep the peace and staying true to yourself

It can be difficult to have both for me with the square but my rebelliousness is received well due to the trine
