notice reflective stickers popping up on the backs of some of the highway signs in our area of the province. Do some research.You will find that when followed at night by their reflective quality on the back of the highway signs in the oncoming lane (unless a divided highway) they take us to:

1.An old military barrack (now a community/recreation center)
2.Numerous train loading platforms outside various towns and cities
3.An empty grassy meadow at the top of a mountain
4.A bible camp with many cabins and kitchen facilities

Secretly embedded codes like these are part of "Operation Garden Plot" where U.S. forces/National Guard and Partnership NATO/UN military will police and patrol our streets and highways during MARTIAL LAW. Detention areas, and facilities with massive air-lifts are planned to relocate the populace to "safe zones" during a bio/chem or nuclear attack.

A bit of investigative research indicates they are part of a military plan known by several names:

•Operation Garden Plot
•United States Civil Disturbance Plan 55-2
•Operation Cable Splicer
•REX-84
•MACDIS
These coded markers are used to overcome language barriers among allied peacekeepers. They point to old military installations, and to ski resorts, schools, churches, and undeveloped areas which are equipped to become temporary cities in times of civil disturbance or emergency.

Here is a brief explanation of how the quadrant sign code works:

1.Signs are divided in half, left and right.
2.Markers positioned on the right side, point right.
3.Markers on the left side, point left.
4.Markers turned on "end" are an arrow "UP" code, signifying a site for pick-up helicopter airlifts
5.Marker on top means straight ahead
6.Double ended arrow denotes an airlift facility
7.3 arrows denotes a facility
8.2 arrows denote the direction of the operational site
9.The coding on the stickers is also used to point to drugstores with passport photo services. Under martial law, this facility may be used for medical care, inoculation/vaccination, and creation of ID cards.

Tacmars’ are used to encode the following information:

•Directions to closest military installations
•Directions to closest triage or quarantine facilities
•Facilities with Internet access, for the following purposes:
•Communications Identification and/or background search of individuals
•Directions to closest detention facilities

Note the triad (3) markers and arrows, which is a confirmed facility symbol, targeting an important site for confiscation. Arrows *UP* denote a pick-up point of some kind, usually airlift/drop zone site

The civil defense purposes of the US Interstate System are no less believable than TACMARs. And some folk out there say that these markers are used to date the signs, with many signs needing half a dozen or more date stickers.

Green quadrant sign code - Processing center (Schools, military bases, etc.)

a gentleman who served in the Infantry in Wales confirmed that while in service they followed the illuminated stickers to guide them after dark to their destinations. They did not however, look at the signs they had just passed that were on the same side of the road they traveled. They looked to the back of the upcoming signs on the opposite side of the roadways for their direction codes with some reference to the signs on their own side of the road. Jim's book contradicts this and to attempt to follow them looking in the rear view mirror or looking backward out the front passenger window as is stated in his book is not nearly as practical as looking across the road to the backs of the upcoming signs. He does indicate that the roads would be blocked to public traffic and only military and emergency personnel would have access to them.

"The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people."

It was started (by Jimmy Carter), then during the Reagan years, Reagan himself signed off on Presidential Directive 54, also known as REX-84.
This allows (Reagen allowed) FEMA to -- instead of dealing with natural disaster to -- handle national security agenda, give them jurisdiction above congress, and allow them to detain anyone without trial.
They have now merged with Homeland Security.
Another thing to point out; humanitarian efforts are not part of Homeland Security, that's why FEMA was so late in helping with Katrina. Funny, an organization originally started to help in emergencies like Katrina failed to help when they were most needed... Remember it was the Reagan Administration that first pulled FEMA away from natural disasters, and sent them towards national security.

Now, back to Reagan's REX-84 (Readiness Exercise 1984) act... They can detain anyone in the US without a trial, and hold them indefinitely. Did you know that's when those FEMA camps were put up? REX-84 gave FEMA permission to round people up and send them to detention camps.

During the Clinton years, several military organizations were closed down and converted into FEMA camps. I can list those camps for you, but it'd be a long list (I already talked about this in my other post).

According to the Miami Herald, 1987 (during The Contra Hearings), "These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law be implemented in the United States"

According to Henry B. Gonzales, "The truth is yes -- you do have these standby provisions and ... the plans are here ... in the name of stopping terrorism ... evoke the military and arrest Americans and put them in detention camps."

Coffins
FEMA also has ready hundreds of thousands of large plastic coffins (which can hold about 4 people). You can even google map it and see them for yourself.

There are two lists that FEMA keeps track of. If you are Red listed, that's when you'll be dragged out at 4AM and taken to a FEMA camp for processing (not everyone in the US, but certain people... I assume if there was 50-90 bluelisted people living next to each other, it could be a problem).

Concentration Camps
These camps have massive industrial ovens in massive warehouses that are being leased by FEMA themselves.
They even admit that this stuff is up and running (FEMA prisons fully staffed and operational, just waiting to get people in).
Massive double-deacker trains, filled with shackles leading into airtight warehouses... They pump the warehouses with gas, effectively killing thousands per day. They load a train full of people in, kill them, then load the next train in.

Yellow List – these are citizens who know nothing about the NWO and don’t want to know. They are considered to be no threat at all and will be instructed as to how to behave and will most likely do whatever they are told. Unfortunately there are too many of these to be effectively controlled, so many will be killed or starved.

The black choppers have state-of-the-art radio (RF) frequency wideband jammers, and can jam cell phones and CBs while they’re executing black operations missions. This means that your cell phone could be jammed just before and/or during any action against you. In June of 1996, an FBI agent got hold of the Region Three BLUE List (from a CIA agent), and found his own name on it, and those of several others he knew in Virginia. Ironically I had a vivid dream about moving to Australia and meeting soul family. Right before the dream I was told clairvoyantly to get a job working with children, and then I found out that's one way you can immigrate to Australia. I then later got a dream about working with children and how I got the job.

I get things messing with me vision wise sometimes, so I don't take all of my visions 100% per se. I've also had visions of the whole mark of the beast/microchip/food scenario with sheep vs goats and cattle. The sheep not knowing food is there to eat at first (manifestation) and then realizing it is and being fine. Then the goats getting food, then cattle coming in, eating food and becoming goats and being quite happy about it. This gets into some parables in the bible. I had an earlier experience where doing a dictionary word search to try to contact guides or something I got words along the lines of convert to satanism or we will force you (yay!).

This is going to sound really morbid but I'm probably going to fail my life's mission. Right now my mental state is reminiscent of parts of Anchorage after the Good Friday earthquake, and I just really don't care about living with all the lies that are fed to me or all the hatred and ignorance people cling to on a daily basis. I was hoping to get on the red list in all actuality. I'd die a thousand times than perpetuate evil like that. My last life took place partly during Nazi Germany. Enough said.. There are more important things in life than living.

Oh yeah, and the day that the bill about increasing our spending limit came under media coverage, I had heard while in hypnogogic state "tonight 20" and I looked up 20 in christian numberology and got this.. I hear most survivors utilized humor a lot and had hope, something to live for helped. As far as trauma goes, neuroscientifically speaking compassion helps one keep the brain from fragmenting and makes one more resilient. So love? They can't control you when you have no fear and are operating on that spectrum. This world is all an illusion anyway. As the song lyrics go, what's real can't die .

I find it funny, I'm reading this book on an unconventional therapy program for curing schizophrenia on the first psychotic break, and they all seemed obsessed with this war between communism etc and their invading in 1988. People still talk about them invading nowadays with China for debt reasons. Even if the NWO agenda is pushed, every legitimate psychic has seen it as an epic fail.

There's some other youtube video where they show them making these massive graves in Arizona. The Denver Airport should be creepy enough.

If you see this stuff and don't believe it, I personally think you have cotton in your ears. They've been putting neurotoxic, hypothyroidism causing, testosterone inhibiting substances in your drinking water now since the 1950's with little to no testing, and you're going to stand in line with the government? Making the gerson therapy illegal.. saying it kills people when only 3 people have died using it vs the conventional chemotherapy where a much higher statistical porportion die. And when they ran out of bullets they'd chemically burn them to death with quicklime and water where their screams could be heard for miles. Do we forget how tied in the Bushes are to the Nazi Reich? But when one person adamantly opposes something or says it was bs and invalidated (c'mon like psychic pheonomena really is bunk while Princeton and Stanford are going to town with deep validating research) then we all turn away never looking at who said it or why. What the research really is..

The fact remains we have a ton of empty prisons.. we're still in Afganistan and our country is on the verge of default pouring money into a military budget while the socioeconomic gap gets wider and people are mind controlled materialistic consumption slaves thinking there is no other way while they line the pockets of the white collar criminals who own the country.

I just saw an advertisement for boystown while watching a popular anime series with my disabled brother, trying to be a call line for people in troubled families. Why? So they can know where to get sex slaves from the families that don't care about their children. Information about the scandal is everywhere but no one ever gets caught. How convenient that it's located near Warren Buffet.
